10-23-26 FOLIAGE UPDATE: Just drove up & down I-49, Rogers to Alma: 25-40% of peak. Higher elevations at 30-40%, elsewhere around 25-30%, some 35%. Another late peak for sure, probably mid Nov. Slightly better color than last year, but, not great given the drought @FoliageReport

This depends on how vibrant the year is. I lean towards New England (just look at this year so far) but I've seen many years where Colorado's colors put New England's to shame.
