It has been an honor & privilege to have played a small part in the @ForARKids campaign. While this campaign may be over, the resistance to efforts by MAGA politicians & religious extremists to undermine public education in #Arkansas is not & will never be. Onward!

THANK YOU to all our amazing volunteers. Unfortunately, we did not meet the 90,704 signature requirement but we collected just under 70,000 signatures and qualified 55 out of 50 counties. We're not done yet and plan to refile the Arkansas Educational Rights Amendment soon. Stay tuned. #ForARKids

Even though the resolutions have no binding effect, the House shouldn’t be formally telling citizens how to vote on ballot initiatives. They are before the House Mgmt committee in Room 138 of the Capitol at 1 pm today and there will be an opportunity for public comment.

Don't believe the lies. School choice is not taken away by the Educational Amendment of 2024. It simply adds accountability for all schools to provide minimum standards for education. @ForARKids #signthepetition

#NEWS: 45 days out from the deadline, the group proposing an education-related constitutional amendment (For AR Kids) just announced they’re “nearing the halfway mark” collecting signatures to qualify for Nov. 2024 ballot.
Reminder: CAPES attempted to repeal the LEARNS Act last year through this same ballot proposal process but didn’t get enough signatures in time. @KARK4News @FOX16News @CapitolViewAR #arpx

We can't starve our public schools and then punish them for failing.
It's simple: Public money is for public schools.

School choice in Arkansas takes money from accountable schools and gives it to unaccountable private schools. #NoVouchers

The Education Rights Amendment is so important. Tax dollars shouldn’t subsidize unapproved curriculum.
There should NOT be separate rules for public, private, or homeschools that accept tax dollars.
If it’s good for public school students, it must be good for ALL students.
Q: Will this affect my homeschool curriculum choices? If my curriculum is not in the vendors can I still submit a receipt for reimbursement?
A: We are not going to dictate what curriculum you are using, but tutoring and service providers will have to be approved.
** all EFA students will be tested annually.
