How long will wotc’s current design philosophy of ‘rerunning the same cards with a quick word jumble every set’ (as suggested in initial tweet), which rapidly dilutes the ostensible singleton nature of a format they didn’t design but adopted wholesale as their flagship, hold for?

Every card during spoiler season: “Whenever you [do what you would anyway], [draw a card]. When you do, [do other awesome thing].” “If you would [blank], do double that instead. If you have [accumulated indistinguishable amount of the first thing], do [additional awesome thing].”

Hey @NYCMayor rather than voiceovers of various celebs, some of whom don’t live here, making announcements in the subways, it should instead be your voice instead

will be out of town but the prospect of sleeving up my old lands deck sounds very appealing for the future... punishing fire, gamble, rishadan port, tireless tracker... so many favorites

I don’t know how to feel. All the lands are spells/creatures and cavern of souls. I want to think it’s cool but my instinct is out of whack, cause it’s strange to see the game’s resource system obstructed to near obsoletion?
