Last date of filing REVISED ITR in the cases of 'Non-disclosure of ESOPs' should be extended to 31.03.2026. .
Almost 95% ESOPs receivers are affected and do not know, WHAT TO DO. . .
Employer, managing ESOPs in India or abroad, should help or IT should send notice to employer.

most of the salaried return were filed in Sep. The ITD was sleeping for 3mths+ and now there is little time to revise the same- leave aside the festive season. Also said that the ITR now processed by systems with AI- so why so much time taken by Rs.4200 cr software?

Bulk Notices have been issued in the following cases:
✅ Investment in foreign shares/securities not disclosed in the ITR
✅ Dividend income from foreign investments not reported
✅ Non-disclosure of foreign assets (bank accounts, shares, ESOPs, etc.)
✅ Incorrect claim of deduction under Section 80G instead of Section 80GGC, or vice-versa
✅ False or ineligible claims under Sections 80G / 80GGC
✅ Donations made to unrecognised or non-eligible trusts and claim of deduction
✅ Non-filing of ITR despite high turnover or substantial financial transactions
Income reported under an incorrect head of income
✅ Filing of an incorrect ITR form
✅ Significant transactions reflected in AIS/TIS but not properly reported in the return
✅ Mismatch between AIS, TIS, Form 26AS and the filed ITR
Result?
Honest taxpayers spend time, money and mental energy responding to system-generated notices.
Compliance should build trust, not fear.
Data analytics should assist, not harass.

Needless to say, your staff was rude to me and my co passenger, accusing us of filming when we were not filming, because I politely asked them the same question- How could they change flight time 2 hours before a flight and charge me extra.
Mind you, at this point I had paid the extra because I dont want a money hassle.
They were also unprofessional, playing very distasteful private voice messages to each other on speaker phone and giggling at the obscenity while “resolving” our issue.
And the language of resolution is suspect— the lady literally began with ‘Sir the actual charge of this change is 40,000 rs (original ticket for not more than 15) but i will charge you only minimum price 3,000 per customer’. A 90% discount??? Instantly??? Without me asking for it ??? Super suspicious.
Everyone asks you to go to the next counter, trying to exhaust your anger and genuine frustration.
You waste my time, you take more of my money, but no one dares take any accountability.

That is disruptive and if done logically can save lives, save distress of getting hijacked by middle men to a grade III shady hospital.
In 1995 home service for diagnostic tests was only 5 % cases. In 2020, it was 90% in metros. Possible only by Technology and Logistics.
I am sure in 5 years it would get standardized and optimized. I wish @albinder and team @letsblinkit to make it accessible to small towns too!!

We are taking our first step towards solving the problem of providing quick and reliable ambulance service in our cities. The first five ambulances will be on the road in Gurugram starting today. As we expand the service to more areas, you will start seeing an option to book a Basic Life Support (BLS) ambulance through the @letsblinkit app.
Some more info-
• Our ambulances are equipped with essential life-saving equipment, including oxygen cylinders, AED (Automated External Defibrillator), stretcher, monitor, suction machine, and essential emergency medicines and injections.
• Each ambulance has a paramedic, an assistant and a trained driver to make sure we are able to deliver the highest quality of service in time of need.
• Profit is not a goal here. We will operate this service at an affordable cost for customers and invest in really solving this critical problem for the long term.
• We are carefully scaling this service up, as it is both important and new to us. Our aim is to expand to all major cities over the next two years.
