1/4 🚫 BOYCOTT YS VIII: SPECIAL EDITION! Here we go again! It’s another Monday Morning Boycott! Today it’s no surprise that NIS America makes another poor decision to put one of the greatest action RPGs on a stupid Game Key Card!

3/4 ❌ But the Nintendo Switch 2 version of this masterpiece is now a cheap game key card that has almost no data on the cartridge. Eventually when the servers get shut off, this piece of plastic will be useless! NIS America is too greedy to shell out a few extra bucks

4/4 💿 So do yourself a favor. DEFINITELY play Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of Dana, but throw the Switch 2 version in the trash! We won’t support Game Key Cards, and we will keep shouting from the rooftops about the importance of TRUE physical games. Because Physical is FOREVER!

2/3 📈 I predict that the Xbox versions especially are going to be harder to find as time goes on, so don’t sleep on these! And with the PlayStation 5 versions, both games are compatible with the hidden gem accessory that is PSVR2!

❌ BIOWARE IS NO MORE! This week the famed developer announced that it was shuttering its doors. Developing Mass Effect, Dragon Age, Star Wars: KOTOR, and more seemed like the could do no wrong. Until they did: physicalforever.substack.com…
