When I was getting married, Madiha Shah was the top heroine at that time. My friends joked, you're going to become Fariha Shah after marrying Munir Shah. People would think, you're a sister of Madiha Shah. I skipped the Shah part of my husband & opted for Munir only. Fariha Munir

I’ve been seeing comments on Katrina Kaif’s new photos and I need to say this. For 20years we’ve watched Katrina as the hardworking actress who gave iconic movies. The entrepreneur who built her own makeup brand. Now we’re watching her in a new, equally powerful role motherhood. At 40, she looks exactly like what strength looks like after giving life. Graceful. Real. Glowing. But instead of celebrating, people are trolling. Comparing. Picking apart a woman’s body after she’s brought life into the world. Can we pause and ask ourselves: Why? A woman’s value is NOT in trying to look 20 forever. Her value is in her work, her choices, her resilience, and how she evolves.

Little did she know that this appearance would spark a meme fest.
Personally, I believe that women evolve over decades, and each appearance is beautiful.
For me, it is not neglect, but being happy and comfortable in one’s own body and mind, and having the strength to be non-conforming to judgment.

She's looking absolutely gorgeous!
Pregnancy is literally one of the hardest phases for a woman. They go through so much physically & emotionally, and you’re worried about self care!?

She’s beautiful, but honestly, this day is about the bride, not the mother-in-law. Itna shocking, aur attention-grabbing colour pehn lia hai that the bride is practically fading into the background.
Mother-in-laws really need to be a little more mindful of this.
