Dyllis Bruce-Cathline is a lawyer and legal adviser qualified to practise in both Ghana and England & Wales, with experience across corporate and commercial law, dispute resolution and regulatory compliance. She has advised boards, executive leadership and clients in sectors including real estate, energy, finance, mining and the public sector on commercial contracts, corporate governance, litigation and arbitration, and compliance under Ghanaian law. Her practice combines in-house and private-practice experience, spanning contract drafting and negotiation, regulatory licensing, litigation management and company secretarial work. She has co-authored published work on international arbitration laws and regulations, and is actively engaged in pro bono legal service and community engagement. She holds an LLB from the University of Kent and an LLM from the University of Law, Birmingham, and completed her professional legal training at the Ghana School of Law.
