Such an astonishing reversal in just 2 years. The midterms are bringing Democrat majorities & GOP defeats in the House & Senate. This appears to be the price for Trump's political betrayals.
SUPER CHAT: “After this ass kicking, will Rs finally realize corporatism is killing them?” BARIS: No. They’re going back to it and doubling down on it.” The real lesson here for Trump was that he never should have adopted corporate Republicanism. As it turns out, people hate oligarchy. People hate corporate oligarchy.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE EDGEWOOD, British Columbia - Nov 2, 2026 Universal Ostrich Farms Files Multimillion-Dollar Lawsuit Over Unlawful Raids and Seizures Universal Ostrich Farms Inc. and Landco Ventures Inc. have officially filed a multimillion dollar civil claim in the Supreme Court of British Columbia against the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA), the Attorney General of Canada, and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP). The lawsuit arises from a series of aggressive and intrusive regulatory actions that culminated in an invasive 52-day occupation of the plaintiffs Edgewood, B.C. farm property, the forced slaughter of their ostrich flock, and the destruction of a commercial enterprise. Key Allegations and Causes of Action: • Unlawful Search and Occupation: On or about September 3, 2025, the CFIA and RCMP obtained search warrants based on an affirmation by Heather June Willis. The defendants entered the property without prior notice, leading to a continuous, months-long 24-hour occupation, during which they erected massive hay-bale "kill pens", disabled surveillance systems, restricted access, and secured airspace restrictions. • Inadequate Statutory Compensation:  Under the Health of Animals Act, the CFIA ordered the slaughter of 314 ostriches (out of 351 birds on site) and denied all compensation. • Animal Cruelty and Missing Birds: The claim highlights inhumane handling during slaughter operations contrary to internal guidelines and common law, alongside numerous birds going missing without proper inventory or chain of custody. • Unlawful Seizure of Ostrich Eggs: In 2025, the CFIA seized an unspecified number of ostrich eggs without lawful authority or compensation. These eggs served as the core input for Universal’s proprietary dietary supplement and pill product, which was poised for a commercial market launch generating projected revenues exceeding $200,000,000. The seizure permanently destroyed this enterprise. • Property Damage and Trespass: The plaintiffs seek damages for trespass, nuisance, intrusion upon seclusion, and permanent real property devaluation. Relief Sought from the Court: • An order requiring the defendants to remove all encroachments and remediate the property. • A complete accounting and return or compensation for all removed documents, materials, birds, and eggs. • General, special, punitive, and exemplary damages for trespass, harassment, intrusion upon seclusion, negligence, and Charter breaches. Official Statement from John Catsimatidis – US November 2 ,2026 "I was disappointed that the CFIA (Canadian Food Inspection Agency) did not have enough respect to allow Secretary Kennedy, Dr. Oz, or the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), one of the world's leading health agencies, to test the ostriches as they had requested.  This would have put everything to rest between the United States and Canada, which may have been a contributing factor to other things. It's a shame the CFIA did not listen to well respected professionals. Instead, the CFIA destroyed the ostriches and their eggs without allowing any testing, and without proof that the birds were infected, which created many doubts amongst the two countries.    I hope we can put it behind us and have our two countries work closer together like we always have." OFFICIAL MEDIA STATEMENT — KAREN ESPERSEN & KATIE PASITNEY | UNIVERSAL OSTRICH FARMS "As we mark one year since the devastating destruction of our 351 ostriches on November 6–7, 2025, we honour their lives, our family's 35-year legacy, and the people around the world who continue to stand with us. This memorial week, we have filed our civil lawsuit seeking justice, accountability, and meaningful policy change. Virus control and animal cruelty should never go hand in hand. Science must come before destruction, and government power must never be above accountability. The outcome at our farm does not erase responsibility. When enforcement shortcuts due process, everyone becomes vulnerable. If we fail to learn from this tragedy, we risk allowing it to happen again. This lawsuit is about more than compensation. It is about protecting rights, demanding transparency, and ensuring no other family or animals endure what we experienced. We cannot bring back our 351 ostriches, but we can fight to ensure their suffering was not in vain. Their voices were silenced, but their legacy will drive change." Karen Espersen & Katie Pasitney Universal Ostrich Farms Together are Stonger. The world is still watching. Miracle Monday [email protected] [email protected] – at Canada

Is Today Iranian Victory Day? Both BIBI & Trump appear to paying a political price for their unprovoked wars in Iran. It certainly looks like Trump's blunder in Iran will cost him at least the House of Reps & possibly the Senate as well.
DDHQ FORECAST UPDATE (11/2): House Democrats now have an 84% probability of winning control of the House, their highest point of the cycle. Our forecast expects Democrats to win 241 seats. 218 seats are needed for a majority.

My employer @AbbotsfordSD made false allegations against me to build its case. One allegation is that I told students I wanted my cancer-stricken wife dead so I could have a “better wife.” The reason my case is in the Supreme Court of B.C. is because my employer has been cruel.

OneBC got 1.5% of the popular vote. I got 3.3%. My focus was school indoctrination. Premier Doerkson has not retracted his false statement about Kamloops or spoken about the horrors of child mutilation. There is still a role for OneBC and me to play. Blessings to my supporters.

Albertans have spoken. Every single immigration-related question passed with a clear majority. Their message is unambiguous: the disastrous era of mass immigration and of handing out open-ended social benefits, like free healthcare and education, to temporary residents must end. This is a direct rejection of the open-borders extremism that the Liberals and fake Conservatives support in Ottawa, and a powerful endorsement of the People's Party of Canada's principled, common-sense platform.

Show me where Jamie noted the rioters attacked everything EXCEPT MUSLIM PLACES?
WTF are you babbling about? Jamie noted the rioters attacked everything EXCEPT MUSLIM PLACES. ERGO a lot of the rioters are MUSLIM, or allied with Muslims, dipshit. A two year old understands that.

Today, the people of Alberta will decide whether they wish to remain part of Canada as it is, or embark on a path toward independence. The People’s Party is the only federal party that recognizes that the status quo is unacceptable for Albertans and for all Canadians. This is why we support option 2: start the legal process required under the Canadian Constitution to hold a binding provincial referendum on whether or not Alberta should separate from Canada?

I see the protests in France are trending. Since I just spent 10 days there during the heart of them, I figured I'd chime in with what's actually going on. The news and clickbait accounts on X will show you the outlier events: burning buildings, raging violence and everything that triggers you. I was in the heart of Aix en Provence during the biggest protest day and filmed the center where it was happening. (See below) This is right the University, across from the church, dead center of town. The students are dancing, singing, kicking soccer balls and have comically barricaded the entrance doors to force the school to close. I visited many cities in France during the protest period, and saw zero violence or malpractice of any kind. More broadly, I spent more than a month this year in France across 3 trips and 10+ cities, including Paris, Bordeaux, Aix en Provence, Nice, Antibes, Biarritz, and others, and it's incredibly safe, charming, peaceful and beautiful. Every city I visited is nicer than almost every American city, and there's zero comparison. So much that it wouldn't even be insulting to France to try, because nobody who has spent significant time in both countries would take this comparison seriously. I spoke with the students at length about their views. I also spoke with waiters, drivers, merchants, staff and whoever. They were all civil, well articulated and genuinely wanted to see change. We can disagree about their reasoning, logic or whatever, and it's true that France has fiscal problems, but to chalk up the France protests to raging extremist violence from "pick your favorite group to blame", is a laughable misrepresentation of what's actually going on. If you exclusively watch the news and believe the top 1% extreme situations, you have likely been psyoped.

So @tylerblack32 expects me to reject 6000 years of recorded human history, experience and observation and buy his fairy tale that our immune system is defective. That we are all to die pre-maturely unless we get a bi-annual injection that he profits from. You're not selling either cures or medicine Dr Black, you are selling fear & drugs.
Because a) immunity wanes b) boosters are required and not at 90% and c) covid remains a highly mutagenic, infectious, and unfortunately death-causing illness. No metric improves if you are unvaccinated (and this applies but for unboosted): * More likely to spread it * More likely to get sick from it * More likely to get hospitalized from it * More likely to die from it

This sounds like a fair and reasonable trade. Get rid of BIBI & Trump and get cheaper fuel in return.
BREAKING: Iran declares the Strait of Hormuz will stay closed until Trump and Netanyahu are removed from power, setting a new condition for reopening the Strait, per Zolqadr, advisor to the Supreme Leader. "Our fighters will not open the Strait of Hormuz until the criminal Trump and the bloodthirsty Netanyahu are pulled down from the throne of power," Zolqadr says, calling it "the first stage of the Iranian people's revenge." In August a senior adviser to Iran's chief negotiator said Iran would keep Hormuz closed until Trump's term ends on January 20, 2029. The condition has now moved from a date to Trump's removal from office.

The Kyiv Post reports that Canada is guaranteeing a new $841 million World Bank loan to Ukraine for pension payments.  Remember: since February 2022, Canada has provided $25.5 billion in multidimensional aid to Ukraine. Guaranteeing a loan to a failed state is a big risk. A country that depends on foreign aid to pay its pensions is not a safe bet. Who pays if Ukraine defaults?  Canadian taxpayers. Not the World Bank. Not the establishment politicians in Ottawa. The Liberals and Conservatives both support this. Only the People’s Party says no: No money, no loan guarantees. Our first responsibility is to Canadians. Be part of the only political party that puts Canadians first. Become a member of the People’s Party today. action.peoplespartyofcanada.… The more members we have, the more influential we will be.

Most everyone attending the @AllisonInquiry were COVID vaccinated. Prior to COVID many who gave testimony would have shared similar sentiments expressed by @NightShiftMD However, the medical/pharma Industry turned them into anti-vaxxers by causing them great harm. The unvaccinated like myself and my family had no need to, and did not attend or share their experiences at the @AllisonInquiry The major difference between the unvaccinated and the anti-vaxxers is that one remembers Thalidomide, Viox, Oxycontin, Tuskegee and many other horrific but profitable crimes by pharma & their stooges in white coats with black hearts. The other is living it.
I have NEVER said that people who say they’ve been injured by vaccines are antivaxxers. I call anyone an antivaxxer if they denigrate vaccines or spread disinformation about vaccines.
