Haiti's Gang Suppression Force confirms our report that remains of four people *suspected of being* their missing soldiers were turned over to the GSF. The identities have not been verified.
The #GSF confirms that it has received, through a third-party humanitarian organization, remains suspected of being those of the four personnel from the Salvadoran contingent currently missing.
At this stage, the GSF is not in a position to confirm that the remains are those of the missing personnel.
The GSF stands firm and determined and will communicate further information through its official channels once verified information becomes available.

"Kenscoff had long been known as a peaceful mountainous farming village where Haiti’s elite went for weekend respites from the traffic-clogged capital, Port-au-Prince, a dozen miles away. But in recent years, Kenscoff had become a strategic point in Haiti’s battle against gangs that were increasingly making incursions into new territory."
When I met Kenscoff mayor Jean Massillon, I somehow knew that when I next wrote about him, he would be dead. I was right.

Esta es la respuesta de @DHSgov sobre la razón del arresto del periodista nicaragüense Luis Galeano. Lo culpan de haberse quedado despues de la expiración de su visa, sin considerar su petición de asilo.
