That’s official AAP & CDC guidance. Smart, cautious, and responsible.
Then at the 6-month checkup, the same experts say:
“Here’s 9 vaccines at once — DTaP, Hib, PCV, Polio, Rotavirus, HepB, and RSV. All together. No problem.”
This makes absolutely no sense...
One new food at a time with a waiting period… but a full cocktail of vaccines injected and given orally all on the same day.
Babies are tiny. Their immune systems are still developing.
Parents aren’t crazy for noticing this double standard and asking questions. We want to protect our children with real informed consent — not blind trust in the schedule.

STALLED ON KETO? Check how much cheese you are eating before you blame anything else.
Cheese is low in carbs, so it looks safe. The trouble is how easy it is to keep eating. Casein, the main protein in milk, breaks down into casomorphins, and a 2023 review in Foods says the best studied one, BCM-7, shows evidence of activating the μ-opioid receptor. A 2026 study found BCM-7 in US Cheddar cheeses made from A1/A2 milk.
What I have seen over the years, and this is my clinical experience, not a trial: people who are stuck often have cheese at every meal and as a snack in between. The cravings push them right past the point where they would normally feel full.
Try two to four weeks with little or no cheese. Eat meat, eggs and butter until you are satisfied, and see what the scale and your waistline do. Then bring cheese back in a small amount if you want it.

There is a popular Keurig-like device for baby bottles called a Baby Brezza. It’s been poisoning her daughter
The machine is supposed to automatically measure and mix powdered formula with a set volume of water, but it’s not doing that
Instead the machine is not dispensing enough powder and is mainly water. So parents thing that they’re feeding their babies, but really they’re just giving them mostly water
The babies are losing weight rapidly and not getting the fat and other nutrients they need
If you look at the test results in the video, it’s horrifying. The labs are way off for her baby
There have even been multiple independent reports, consumer complaints and testing indicate that some units dispense too little powder for the amount of water, producing diluted bottles
There’s actually a federal class action lawsuit against the company right now for this, but the machines are still being sold
The lawsuit claims that Baby Brezza heavily marketed the dispensers as being "more accurate" and "more consistent" than hand scooping, giving parents peace of mind during feedings
The company is claiming this is just a defect
I would never use this machine. Make sure everyone you know who has a baby knows about this

My doctor told me my LDL of 110 is not normal. The average LDL in the United States is 111.
He wanted it under 70. He recommended a statin. I asked him one question. Why does my body make 80% of its own cholesterol if it is trying to kill me?
He did not have an answer. But the data does.
A study of 12.8 million adults found the lowest death rate at a total cholesterol of 210 to 249. The guidelines say get below 200. The Framingham Heart Study found that people whose cholesterol dropped over 14 years had an 11% higher death rate. In the Sardinia Blue Zone, people over 90 with higher LDL lived longer than those with lower LDL.
The guidelines are pushing people into the danger zone on the left side of this chart.
