I am in solidarity with the UEA staff who are now taking industrial action against plans to cut 163 full-time equivalent roles in addition to the 400 posts lost in 2023. I know UEA staff are angry that the university hasn't engaged in "meaningful negotiations" and urge it to engage as soon as possible to protect the jobs of staff and the education of students. #SaveUEA
