We’ve acquired a 10.8ha brownfield development at Business Park Pannenhuis in Bemmel, The Netherlands. Two 15,000sqm warehouses, with separate office and mezzanine spaces will be developed in collaboration with Over Engh Vastgoed, targeting a BREEAM-NL ‘very good’ certification.
