TO THE GERMAN EMBASSY, THE NETHERLANDS EMBASSY, @FCBayern , @AFCAjax, @FIFAcom, @UEFA, @CAF_Online, @WilliamsRuto and @moyasa_ke:
KENYA IS NOT A PUBLICITY STUNT. OUR LIVES ARE NOT A PR CAMPAIGN. AND OUR SILENCE IS NOT FOR SALE.
@GermanyinKenya @Diplo_Jazz @NLinKenya @HenkJanBakker3 Let us address you directly.
On January 5, Bayern Munich and Ajax are expected to headline the opening of Kenya's new national stadium. Politicians are celebrating. Football brands are getting publicity. But ordinary Kenyans have questions that deserve more than diplomatic silence and glossy photographs.
WHAT EXACTLY IS YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH THIS EVENT ORGANIZER?
Have your governments, embassies or any associated institutions provided financial, diplomatic or logistical support for this match? Have you facilitated any arrangements? If so, what are the details? If not, say so clearly.
What due diligence have you conducted on the source of funding, the organisers and the human-rights record of the institutions involved?
Kenyans continue to demand accountability over abductions, alleged extrajudicial killings, police brutality and corruption. Families want answers. Citizens want justice. Yet we are being asked to celebrate an international football spectacle while these questions remain painfully urgent.
WHAT IS YOUR POSITION ON THESE CONCERNS?
Do you consider human rights and accountability relevant only when convenient, or do these principles apply even when your institutions and commercial partners engage with politically powerful governments?
Are your embassies participating in corruption or human-rights abuses in Kenya. We are demanding transparency about your involvement, if any, and a clear public position on the concerns Kenyans are raising.
To @FCBayern and @AFCAjax: What is the full financial arrangement behind your participation? Who is paying your fees and associated costs? Is any Kenyan public money involved, directly or indirectly? What independent human-rights checks have you undertaken? What tangible benefits will reach Kenyan clubs, players and grassroots football?
To @FIFAcom, @UEFA and @CAF_Online: What accountability standards should apply when international football events are organised amid serious public concerns about human rights and the use of public resources? Will you support transparency and meaningful investment in Kenyan football beyond one high-profile match political campaign strategy match?
@moyasa_ke: Publish the event's funding arrangements, the respective contributions of public and private sponsors, the contractual obligations and the measurable benefits to Kenyans. Explain why local football clubs cannot receive comparable visibility and sustainable support.
🇩🇪 @GermanyDiplo 🇳🇱 @DutchMFA: How much money linked to corruption in Kenya has been identified, frozen, recovered or investigated in Germany and the Netherlands, respectively, and how many credible requests for assistance involving suspected assets held by Kenyan public officials remain unresolved in your respective Countrie? Kenyan citizens deserve facts, figures and transparency your not diplomatic silence.
We also need to know how this event serves Kenyans facing rising living costs, fuel-price pressures, strained healthcare and education, and unresolved concerns about missing citizens and state accountability.
LET US BE ABSOLUTELY CLEAR: WE ARE NOT AGAINST FOOTBALL. WE ARE AGAINST IMPUNITY, SECRECY AND THE POLITICAL EXPLOITATION OF SPORT.
Kenyan football has its own clubs, players, coaches and supporters. They deserve investment, not selfies with international clubs to receive the spotlight.
To the ambassadors: your silence will automatically be interpreted as complicity. Diplomacy cannot become an excuse to avoid legitimate questions. Come out publicly and clarify your governments' involvement, in our corruption and your position on human rights violation in Kenya. @BBCAfrica @BBCWorld @hnnsbnd

Dear @FCBayernEN and @AFCAjax,We love you but we urge you to reconsider your visit to Kenya.
Come in 2030 under a new president called Sifuna who will have put Kenya on a path out of poverty, where such an expensive football event will be a celebration of our progress.

Hi @FCBayernEN
Die Hände so rot wie die Trikots? As a German businessman & investor I’m disgusted. You are giving a cartel cover for their crimes. I got conned for $300k+ shares & cash in Kenya & saw nothing but corruption & crimes from government.
They oppress, abduct & kill their citizens, nobody is allowed to speak up. I escaped an in-person abduction attempt myself, been since a vocal critic of the very people who use you give a platform.
It’s not “oh we help poor African people” - the Kenyan government steals & kills. Literally government officers are hired to kill.
See this @BBCAfrica @BBCWorld documentary.
We careful sitting down with them. Very good con men. But their actions paint a cruel picture of who they really are.

We will hold a massive protest outside Raila Odinga Stadium on 5th January 2027 against William Ruto’s blatant mockery of the suffering of Kenyans. @FCBayernEN and @AFCAjax should provide adequate security to their players. Kenyans deserve leadership that puts their struggles first.

Scientists are using nuclear fusion to create gold. Sure, in small quantities and expensive, but it's real.
Gold is down about 30% from its January high. Scarcity gets harder to price in when the supply could surge. Just ask diamonds how that went.
Bitcoin's supply question closed in 2009: It's 21 million forever. The end.
You already hodl and stack BTC. Now trade gold (up or down) with perps in the same app. Live on Xverse on mobile and extension.
I deeply appreciate each one of you who took his/her time to vote for me in the last 8 days.
In the current leaderboard for me to archive to be in the top 20, I need more than 3000 votes in less than 48 hours.
As of now, I've tried to reach out to most of the popular Crypto gurus in Kenya, some showed up and maybe others were to busy to check on their Dm and others I couldn't even send a Dm because of personal settings.
In my analysis for the last 8 days of voting I can't manage to get to the top unless I get massive support which will be a surprise to me.
The voting will conclude on 28th October 18.00 EAT. If we manage to get to the top 20, well and good and if not I still appreciate for the nomination and all couldn't happen without your support.

Thank you.
Gm Surfers. Friendly reminder: if you still hold aeUSDC on Stacks, exit by Nov 3.
aeUSDC pools are also freezing it. Nothing is broken, this is the planned wind-down, and for most people it’s still a single swap:
app.bitflow.finance/trade → From: aeUSDC, To: USDCx

The part of @terlosonstacks we're proudest of is that Stacks itself checks every proof. There's a full 𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗥𝗞 verifier written in Clarity, and it runs inside the same transaction that moves the money.
Here's what it does. First it rebuilds the Fiat-Shamir transcript with Keccak-256, so every random challenge comes from the proof's own commitments and nobody can choose them. It checks the Merkle paths into the trace commitment and the constraint commitment. It evaluates the circuit's constraints at a random out-of-domain point and checks they agree with the committed values. Then it runs FRI, layer by layer, to confirm the committed polynomial really has low degree, and checks the final remainder. Finally it checks a small proof of work, called grinding.
All of this happens at 104 random query positions, plus 16 bits of grinding, which together give 102 bits of proven security.
If any single check fails, the contract aborts the transaction. No funds move, no notes are added, nothing changes. The pool only touches funds after the verifier says yes, in the same atomic transaction.
There's no off-chain verifier and no trusted party anywhere in that path.

While the market is bleeding, most people just sit and wait. Bitcoin staking is one of the few things that still makes sense in a bear. You hold, you earn yield, and you wait for the next run without being forced to sell at the bottom. But a lot of that capital is still stuck on other chains, doing nothing.
Hermes is the portal between watching value sit idle and putting it to work on Stacks. Move $USDC, $SOL, $ARB, $POL or $AVAX through Hermes into $USDCx or $STX , then put it to work where it can earn yield while the market is quiet.
Bear markets don’t have to mean zero progress.
