Chris Cuomo gets a stunning reality check after asking a Black voter in Detroit who he’s voting for in the Senate race.
The expression on Cuomo’s face was PRICELESS as Anton Daniels revealed he was voting for Republican Mike Rogers.
To add insult to injury, Daniels then dropped a brutal truth bomb about the Democrat Party and the Black voters running away from it.
CUOMO: “Do you believe people may be wrong if they assume that all Black voters will vote for El-Sayed because he’s considered another brown guy?”
DANIELS: “I think that they are. And the reason that I think that it is because it’s a lot of Black people that are waking up and realizing that voting Democrat does not necessarily mean that it aligns with your values.”

There is a visible rise in Arab-Muslim, Hispanic, Asian and Hindu-Indian candidates running for office under the Democratic and Republican banner. We must quickly counter the argument being made to White Americans that these demographics shares a closer cultural bond with them than Foundational-Black / Anglo-Black / Anglo-Moor Americans do. This claim is fundamentally flawed, given their distinct religious backgrounds, language, culture and surnames, and we need to address it decisively.

How do we anchor our people to the Southern states? This is my objective, our people feel disconnected from the American political and economic system.
Rather than contesting Tariq Nasheed's premise regarding Foundational Black American and our connection to this land, we should focus on refining our overarching narrative, recognizing that our primary strategic competition lies with other Asians, Arab, Hispanic, Hindu-Indians, Black / African foreigners.

The Delkian Class Structure
Frederick Delk categorizes the combined 52 million Antebellum-Black / Anglo-Black / Anglo-Moor Americans and Post-Bellum Black / African Americans into five distinct socioeconomic tiers based on net worth, income, and institutional proximity.
1. Anglo-Black American Wealthy Class: With a net Wealth or Worth over $1 million. However, the true Anglo-Black American Wealthy Class is much smaller and has a minimum net worth over $10 million. (9%)
2. The Anglo-Black American Entrepreneur, Political, Managerial and Professional Class: With a net wealth or worth under $1 million, typically with a yearly income between $100,000 - $300,000 per year. (18%)
3. The Anglo-Black American Middle Class with an 2 Parents or Single Parent Household income $50,000 - $100,000. I recognize that some in the Middle Class could have middle-class yearly household income but have a net wealth or worth over $1 million dollars from Investments, Retirement Accounts, Home Ownership Paid-off. Any individual person with an University degree but make at least $20,000 per year is still considered member of the middle-class. (38%)
4. The Anglo-Black American Working Class: Two parent or Single Parent Household yearly income between $30,000 to $50,000 per year depending on the region. Making $30,000 per year in Mississippi is different from making $30,000 per year in New York or California. (19%)
5. The Anglo-Black American Poor Class: A family of Four with a Household income under $30,000 and for individuals with income under $15,000. (16%)

"Africa vs. The Black American Homeland: Where Should Black Americans Build Their Future?"
In 2022, Jordan E. Cooper's play "Ain't No Mo" premiered on Broadway and asked a provocative question: What if the US government gave Black Americans plane tickets to Africa? The idea stirred debate, raising important questions about identity, belonging, and what it truly means to be free. Now, I ask a different question: What if the US government provided Black Americans with plane tickets (Jordan E. Cooper didn't mentioned Reparations, so I will keep Reparations out of my question) to either Africa or the Black American Homeland (The 8 States Southern Region, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Arkansas and Tennessee)? Which would you choose? In this essay, I will explore these options, drawing on my own experience living, working and traveling in Africa, and examining the benefits and drawbacks of both choices.
From 1994 to 1996, I had the opportunity to live, work, and travel through South Africa and several other African countries. It was a great experience that opened my eyes to the vast potential of the continent. Several African countries are poised for tremendous growth and development in the future. However, after observing key factors about Africa, I concluded that none of the 54 African nations would be the best choice for millions of Black Americans to consider immigrating to in the near future. Here are a few reasons why:
1. Critical Infrastructure: Most African countries do not have infrastructure that even comes close to the standards of the USA, not even the state of Mississippi, which is considered one of the poorest states in the country. This would be a significant challenge for Black Americans who are accustomed to first-world infrastructure and modern amenities.
2. Tribalism: Black Americans have never practiced tribalism in the USA, and this could be a significant barrier in Africa. Black Americans could be seen as a threat and discriminated against by local tribes, who may put up barriers to prevent them from taking over or dominating the country politically or economically. If Black Americans were to immigrate to Africa just to live among the locals and not participate in the political and economic landscape, they might find themselves lower in society than they are in the USA.
3. Human Development Index (HDI): Most African countries have low HDI scores, below 0.600. Before I make a decision to travel and/or do business in a country they must not have a HDI score under 0.700. South Africa has the highest HDI score on the continent at 0.717, but even that is lower than the USA's average HDI score of 0.927, with Mississippi at 0.866. Countries with HDI scores above 0.860 are considered first-world nations such as Italy 0.895, Greece 0.887, Poland 0.876 and Portugal 0.866. Adapting to countries with HDI scores under 0.760 would be difficult for most Black Americans, particularly Black women.
4. Corruption: Corruption is another major issue in many African countries. Black Americans used to the rule of law in the USA may find it challenging to navigate the corruption and bureaucracy that often characterizes African governments.
5. Pollution and Sanitation: Environmental pollution and sanitation is another concern in many African countries, where regulations may not be as strict or enforced as they are in the USA.
6. The Economy: Africa's economy, while growing, still lags behind the U.S. and its 50 individual states in terms of minimum wage laws, GDP, and overall development. The U.S. has a highly diversified and advanced economy, while many African nations face challenges such as capital shortage, brain drain, widespread poverty, lacking a diversified economy, and strong institutions and limited access to quality education and healthcare. Africa's economic potential is vast, but considerable disparities remain.
7. Starting from Scratch: Do Black Americans want to start from scratch and build an African Nation to the standard they are accustomed in the USA? This could take decades and trillions of dollars in Infrastructure development, and Black Americans would be governed by other Africans with different outlooks on life. Alternatively, Black Americans could attempt to gain political control over an African country, such as Angola, and create a Black American nation within it. However, this could lead to civil war, as millions of Black Americans would not go to Africa just to be spectators but to fully participate in the political and economic landscape. This could cause resentment and jealousy among the locals.
8. Individual Self-Interest vs Collective Improvement: A few hundred thousand Black Americans moving to Africa as individuals may be of self-interest, but it is unclear how this would improve the overall quality of life for millions of Black Americans as a collective.
9. Women's Rights: Women's rights in Africa differ considerably from those in the USA across various aspects, including marriage, education, divorce, land and property ownership, equal pay, and abortion rights.
In Africa, cultural and legal norms often restrict women's rights in marriage, with practices like early or forced marriages still prevalent in some regions. Access to education for women, while improving, is still limited in many areas due to societal expectations and economic barriers. Divorce laws vary widely across the continent, with some countries making it more difficult for women to initiate divorce or retain custody of children.
Land and property ownership for women is often restricted by traditional customs, making it challenging for women to own or inherit land independently. Equal pay and equal access to employment opportunities are ongoing struggles, with gender disparities in the workforce still significant.
Abortion rights are particularly restrictive in Africa, with many countries allowing it only under specific conditions, such as to save a woman’s life, contrasting sharply with more liberal abortion laws in the USA. Overall, while progress is being made in some African countries, women’s rights in many parts of the continent lag behind those in the USA.
The Black American Homeland
The other option is returning to the Black American Homeland, the 8 States Southern Region where 15 million Black Americans already live. Most Black Americans have family ties to the South and are familiar with the region. Reverse migration to this area is less risky and comes with less cultural shock. Additionally, Black Americans are already citizens of the USA, so they do not have to go through the process of obtaining citizenship, which could take over five or ten years in certain African countries. Without citizenship, Black Americans in Africa would not be able to vote, buy land or property, establish businesses, or run for public office.
The 8 States Southern Region already has first-world infrastructures and modern amenities, so Black Americans would not have to build from scratch. Institutions are already established, and Black Americans would only need to maintain and improve on existing infrastructures. By obtaining Super Majority Population and Political Control over this Region, Black Americans could pass favorable laws and regulations, control state and local court systems, state defense forces, public school systems, state universities and colleges, state prison systems, and other institutions within the states.
The current demographics in the 8 States Southern Region are as follows: 29 million White residents, 15 million Black residents, and 6 million from other racial groups. This means that 35 million Black Americans reside in the remaining 42 states outside of the Eight Southern States.
To achieve a 51% simple majority in the 8 States Southern Region, an additional 10.5 million Black Americans would need to reverse migrate to the area. For a 60% super majority, 15 million Black Americans would need to reverse migrate. To reach a 67% super majority, 18.5 million Black Americans would need to move, and for a 75% super majority, 22.5 million Black Americans would need to relocate. An 80% super majority, the ideal scenario, would require an additional 25 million Black Americans to reverse migrate. For every Black American who moves to the region, one white or other person would likely flee (White flight).
The impetus for the establishment of the Black American Homeland and the Great Reverse Migration will be the substantial decrease in the overall White population. The US Census projects that the White population will decrease from 59% in 2020 to 55% in 2030, 49% in 2040, and 42% in 2050. Soon there wouldn't be enough Whites for Majority in all 50 States, thus the White population to concentrate their population in the Northern Sates, Mexican Americans will obtain super majority population and political control over the southwestern states (CA, TX, AZ, NM, and NV). Black Americans will be pushed out of the southwestern states and midwestern and northeastern cities, concentrating their population in the southeastern states.
In summary, while Africa may seem like an appealing option for individual Black Americans seeking a new start, the challenges and risks associated with immigrating to the continent are significant. The Black American Homeland, with its established infrastructure, strong institutions, citizenship rights, and familiar culture, presents a more viable option for Black Americans seeking to build a better future. By attaining super majority population and political control in the 8 State Southern Region, Black Americans can pass laws and regulations that are favorable to their community and build a strong, self-sufficient society.

Delkism: The Division of the United States into a Racial and Ethnic Region of States 2035-2050
Over the next 10-20 years, as the White population declines to below 45%-50%, various racial and ethnic groups such as Whites, Black, Cubans, Chinese, Indians, Arabs, Jews, Koreans, Mexicans, Nigerians, and Puerto Ricans will vie for Super Majority Population and Political Control over States. Among these groups, Black Americans, Whites, and Mexicans possess a significant advantage, as they are the only ethnicities capable of achieving Super Majority population and Political Control over entire Regions of States.
As the White population declines from 60% in 2020, 55% in 2030 to 42% by 2050, Whites will face increased competition for political power in the Southwest, Southeast, and various multi-ethnic States. Consequently, I anticipate that many Whites will relocate from the Southwest and Southeast to regions such as the Northwest Pacific, Rocky Mountains, Midwest, New England, and Northeast States.
Northern States are likely to actively recruit White residents to migrate northward, potentially offering incentives for Black Americans and Hispanics to leave. This projected demographic shift suggests that Whites, feeling outnumbered and politically marginalized in the Southwest and Southeast, will seek refuge in Northern States where they constitute a supermajority and wield considerable political control. This exodus may mark the most significant internal migration of people between regions in US history, initiated by Whites seeking to maintain their political influence and demographic dominance.
Mexicans, bolstered by the support of other Hispanic communities, are poised to exert Predominant Population and Political Control over the Southwest States, including California, New Mexico, Nevada, Arizona, and Texas. Spanish is expected to become the primary language in public schools, government operations, State court systems, and commerce within these States. Consequently, the Spanish language may emerge as a means of discrimination or marginalization against non-Spanish-speaking ethnic groups, replacing race as the primary societal factor.
The Asian population, comprising diverse subgroups such as Chinese, Japanese, Koreans, Filipinos, Thais, Vietnamese, Cambodians, and Burmese, may struggle to attain Political Control over any States aside from Hawaii due to internal fragmentation. Having observed the rapid advancement of East and Southeast Asian Nations into first-world status in the next 10 or 15 years, and their decreasing population, I'm predicting reduced Asian immigration to the USA.
Arabs and Indians from India are unlikely to establish their own States, as Arabs may assimilate into the White population if they behave, and Indians, primarily reliant on the technology sector, will likely concentrate in big populous States like California, Texas, New York, Virginia and Florida.
Cubans, predominantly situated in Florida, face a demographic shift as the White Cuban population diminishes, gradually replaced by Black and Brown Cubans. Similarly, Puerto Ricans encounter a similar decline in their White population, Puerto Rico unlikely to be granted Statehood, unless Biden had his way.
Ethnic groups such as Nigerians, Jamaicans, Haitians, Ethiopians, Black Hispanics and Somalis lack the numerical strength to exert Political Control over States. Many of them may opt to settle in multi-ethnic or predominantly Mexican and White States, but their political and economic progress may be constrained. Thus, they face a decision between remaining in States where they are racial minorities or migrating to the Super Majority Black Region of States, where assimilation prospects for their children and posterity are more promising.
Native Black Americans may find themselves marginalized in predominantly White or Super Majority Mexican states and may feel uncomfortable or disempowered in multi-ethnic states. Consequently, they must decide whether to reverse migrate to the Black American Homeland (NC SC GA AL MS LA AR TN) or remain in States where individual success is possible but collective targeting by other ethnic groups is a risk. Opting for the Black American Homeland offers favorable and advantageous laws and regulations tailored to benefit Black Americans, albeit within a competitive environment.
All is not well in the Northern States, tensions are brewing within the predominantly White Region of States, largely characterized by political and ideological divides. The Northern States are polarized politically and ideologically between the conservative Republican-leaning Northwest Region and the liberal Democratic-leaning Northeast Region. The Northeastern liberal Democratic bloc is positioned to exert significant influence over the federal government and executive office for the foreseeable future, owing to its adeptness at forging alliances with multi-ethnic States, the Black American Homeland Political Party, and the Mexican Region of States Political Party. In contrast, the Northwest Conservative Republican Region struggles to establish sustainable alliances with other Political Parties, leaving them disadvantaged in national political discourse, debates, and legislative matters. This dissatisfaction and division pose a significant risk, potentially escalating into a devastating scenario that could plunge the entire nation into a second civil war.

Consolidation (Into the 8 States Southern Region) vs. Dispersion (Remaining as minorities in all 50 States) – From Minority to Super Majority: The Case for the Black American Homeland
Black Americans today face unique challenges as a minority group dispersed across all 50 states. In many regions, especially in the Northeast, Midwest, and Western states, Black Americans are predominantly concentrated in urban areas, surrounded by a sea of predominantly white counties. This dispersion subjects Black Americans to the control and governance of federal, state, and local authorities, often resulting in subjugation, biased judicial processes, taxation, and constant harassment and surveillance.
The Dispersed Minority Dilemma
Living as a minority in all 50 states means that Black Americans must navigate a complex web of governance. Beyond the federal government, there are the 50 state governments, over 3,036 counties, nearly 20,000 Municipalities or sub-government units, 16,700 towns and townships, 13,600 School districts, 36,000 special purpose units and State/Local institutions. Each level of governance can impose regulations, taxes, fines, and policies that disproportionately affect Black communities. This fragmented power structure (Federalism) makes it difficult for Black Americans to have a unified voice or significant political influence.
The Vision of the Black American Homeland
The proposed solution is the consolidation of 80% or 40 million Black American population into the Black American Homeland, an 8 States Southern Region comprising North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Arkansas, and Tennessee. 20% or 10 million Black Americans can stay in the other 42 States. By concentrating the population in this region, Black Americans could gain political control over these states and drastically improve their socio-economic standing.
Advantages of Consolidation
Political Power: With a super majority population in these eight states, Black Americans could dominate state legislatures, elect governors, and influence local policies directly. This control would extend to critical areas such as law enforcement, State and Local court systems, regulate intrastate (within the state) commerce, education, and healthcare.
Streamlined Compliance: Rather than being subject to the varied and often discriminatory policies of 50 state governments, Black Americans would primarily need to comply with federal laws and regulations. Historically, the federal government has been more supportive of civil rights and equality compared to many state governments.
Self-Governance: The ability to self-govern includes establishing state institutions that reflect and support the needs of Black Americans. This includes state police Forces, State Intelligence Agencies, State Drug Agencies, State Border Patrol, State Coastal Patrol, State militias, State Defense Forces (Army, Navy and Airforce) and National Guards. With these institutions, the Black American Homeland could ensure the safety and security of its residents without external interference.
Economic Empowerment: Consolidating the population would create a large, concentrated market, attracting businesses and fostering economic development tailored to the community's needs. This region could implement favorable laws and regulations to support Black-owned businesses, promote home ownership, and stimulate job creation.
Reciprocal Agreements: The Black American Homeland would maintain reciprocal agreements with other 42 states to ensure the fair treatment of Black Americans traveling or living outside the region. These agreements would cover legal protections, economic partnerships, and mutual support in times of crisis.
Strategic Benefits of the Homeland
Federal Protection: As long as the Black American Homeland operates within the bounds of the US Constitution and does not attempt to secede, the federal government would have no reason to interfere. Historical precedents suggest that the federal government would likely protect this region against any external threats and continue with the $400 billion in Federal Government Transfer Payments.
Military and Defense Capabilities: The establishment of state defense forces, including armies, navies, air forces, coast guards, and national guards, would provide robust defense mechanisms against any form of aggression. These forces would ensure the territorial integrity and sovereignty of the Black American Homeland.
Natural Demographic Shifts: As the white population continues to decrease, there will be a natural migration of whites to form super majority states in the North. Concurrently, super majority Black and Mexican states will emerge in the South and Southwest. This demographic shift will further solidify the Black American Homeland as a stable and thriving region.
Optimized State Institutions: State institutions in the Black American Homeland would be designed to protect and enhance the lives of its citizens. This includes educational systems, healthcare facilities, and economic policies that prioritize the well-being of Black Americans.
Reciprocal Support and External Representation
For Black Americans residing outside the Black American Homeland, the Homeland would serve as a powerful advocate. Efforts would be made to protect their rights and represent their interests, even within predominantly white, Mexican, Asian, or multiracial states. However, those living outside the Homeland would remain under the jurisdiction of their respective states, which may not always align with the policies and protections of the Black American Homeland.
The Path Forward
The consolidation of Black Americans into the 8 States Southern Region offers a path to true empowerment and self-determination. By focusing on state power, Black Americans can gain significant political and economic influence, creating a safe and prosperous environment for future generations. This strategy shifts the focus from merely surviving under a fragmented governance system to thriving within a unified and supportive homeland.
The creation of the Black American Homeland is not just a visionary idea but a practical solution to the systemic challenges faced by Black Americans. By consolidating their population into a region where they can exercise significant political control and economic influence, Black Americans can build a future of self-sufficiency, security, and prosperity. The Black American Homeland is not about secession or isolation but about creating a region where Black Americans can live with dignity, autonomy, and respect, enjoying the full benefits of American citizenship.

My Response a Question by Full Metal Malcolmist:
"Genuine question, How does this plan differ from the the Republic of New Afrika?"
The Black American Homeland Vision and Concept Published in 2012 versus The Republic of New Afrika Plan 1968 versus Negro Liberation by Harry Haywood Published in 1945 and Living/Traveling in South Africa and Several other African Countries in 1994-1996
The Black American Homeland vision, while grounded in historical concepts of self-determination and political sovereignty, differs considerably from earlier ideas such as the Republic of New Afrika (RNA) plan and Harry Haywood's Negro Liberation. Each has its own ideological foundation and strategic framework, although they share similarities in their overarching goals. The influence of living and working in South Africa adds a unique perspective to the Black American Homeland vision, offering lessons on governance, unity, and the pursuit of autonomy within a racially divided society.
The Black American Homeland Vision
The Black American Homeland concept seeks to establish a Super Majority Black Region of States within the United States, focusing on Eight Southern States: North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Arkansas, and Tennessee. This vision is based on leveraging existing U.S. political and legal frameworks, particularly the federal system, to exercise state-level power. By consolidating the Black population through the Great Reverse Migration and forming a unified Black American Political Party #RenaissanceParty Black Americans could dominate the political, economic, cultural, and social systems in these states.
Key features include:
Utilizing U.S. Constitutional Powers: The plan emphasizes the use of State Sovereignty and States' Rights, including control over state institutions, laws, and critical infrastructure.
Integration into the U.S. Framework: Unlike complete separatism, this vision remains within the United States, using existing structures to benefit the Black population.
Focus on Representation: By achieving super majority status, Black Americans can control governance, prioritize education, expand economic opportunities, and address systemic inequalities.
The Republic of New Afrika Plan
The RNA, founded in 1968, advocated for a fully sovereign Black nation in the Deep South, encompassing Mississippi, Louisiana, Alabama, Georgia, and South Carolina. It sought independence from the United States, demanding reparations, land, and self-governance.
Key distinctions:
Complete Independence: The RNA aimed to secede from the United States, creating a separate nation-state for Black Americans.
Reparations and Land Ownership: Central to the RNA was the demand for land as reparations for slavery and systemic oppression.
International Alignment: The RNA viewed itself as part of a global struggle for liberation, aligning with anti-colonial movements in Africa and other parts of the world.
Similarities to the Black American Homeland include the focus on the Southern Region and the goal of self-determination. However, the Homeland concept is less radical, seeking power within the U.S. framework rather than complete separation.
Harry Haywood’s Negro Liberation
Published in 1948, Haywood’s Negro Liberation called for self-determination for Black Americans in the “Black Belt” South, where Black populations were concentrated. Haywood, a Marxist-Leninist, framed this struggle as part of the broader fight against capitalism and imperialism.
Key aspects:
Self-Determination: Haywood argued for Black Americans to form an autonomous region within the South, controlling their political, economic, and social systems.
Class Analysis: Unlike the Black American Homeland vision, Haywood’s approach emphasized class struggle, positioning Black liberation within a socialist framework.
International Solidarity: Haywood linked the Black liberation struggle to global anti-colonial and anti-imperialist movements.
While the Black American Homeland shares Haywood’s focus on self-determination and regional control, it does not align with his Marxist framework. Instead, it prioritizes leveraging existing U.S. structures and focuses on political pragmatism over class struggle.
Influence of South Africa on the Black American Homeland Vision
Living and working in South Africa during the mid 1990s, particularly during the transition from apartheid to democracy, provided valuable insights into the dynamics of political power and racial unity. South Africa’s experience demonstrates the potential and challenges of achieving political and economic control within a racially diverse society.
Key lessons:
Unity and Leadership: South Africa’s transition showed the importance of strong leadership and unity among the oppressed various African tribes. For the Black American Homeland, unity within the Black community is critical for achieving and maintaining political control, fortunately tribalism is not a concern.
Institutional Control: Post-apartheid South Africa emphasized the significance of controlling Provincial and National institutions, such as education, law enforcement, and economic policy, to address historical injustices.
Economic Challenges: Despite political power, South Africa’s ongoing economic disparities highlight the importance of addressing systemic economic issues alongside political control. This underscores the Black American Homeland’s focus on education, STEM fields, and economic development.
Establishing of the African National Congress Political Party (ANC): To Control South Africa's Political System, Institutions and Critical Infrastructure instead of running under existing White controlled Political Parties like the National Party.
Nelson Mandela could have chosen to align himself with the White-controlled Apartheid-era National Party and run for president under their banner, rather than representing the African-centered African National Congress (ANC). Similar to how Barack Obama operated within the Democratic Party framework, Mandela could have garnered the majority of African votes due to his popularity, effectively maintaining the National Party’s influence, control and power. While this move might have made Mandela even more admired in the Western world and brought him immense personal wealth, it would likely have resulted in even fewer improvements and advancements for the African population.
In Summary
The Black American Homeland vision, the Republic of New Afrika plan, and Harry Haywood’s Negro Liberation share a common goal: securing self-determination and improving the lives of Black Americans. However, they differ in their methods and ideological foundations. The Homeland concept is pragmatic, operating within the U.S. framework, while the RNA sought complete independence, and Haywood’s approach was rooted in Marxist theory.
The experience of South Africa adds a critical dimension to the Homeland vision, highlighting the importance of unity, super majority, institutional control, and economic development. By learning from these historical and global examples, the Black American Homeland concept can chart a path toward meaningful autonomy and progress for Black Americans.
