WIN: The 9th Circuit refused a full rehearing of the pro-voting lawsuit that blocked Trump from resuming election-related field operations, such as sending agents to interrogate likely citizens at their homes about their voter eligibility.
The block in nine states remains in effect.

“During his time in Congress, no member acted with such unbridled hostility to the Bill of Rights as Mike Rogers. In these midterms, there can be no greater win for the American people than to keep him out of the U.S. Senate.”
When Obama’s NSA and FBI were caught unlawfully spying on Americans everywhere, I led the charge to shut down their unconstitutional program.
Mike Rogers led the charge to excuse and defend the government’s actions and to enshrine Patriot Act and FISA abuses in law.
He then worked (and failed) to oust me from Congress because, as an ardent defender of the Constitution, I was constantly standing in his way.

🎃 What’s scarier than ghosts and goblins this Halloween?
The downfall of our democracy as we know it at the hands of an authoritarian nepo baby.
Luckily, you can vote on Nov. 3 to make sure your resistance is heard loud and clear.

Happy Halloween. Here’s a scary story for Trump.
Since he took office, Republicans have flipped exactly zero state legislative seats from Democrats.
Zero. Not one, anywhere in the country.
In March, a New Hampshire district that went Republican by more than 13 points in 2024 flipped to Bobbi Boudman.
Two weeks later in Florida, a Navy vet and union organizer named Brian Nathan ran for the first time, got outspent nearly seven to one, and won a state Senate seat by 408 votes.
In Louisiana, Republicans went after an open seat in a district Trump won by 13. Chasity Verret Martinez beat them 62 to 38.
Then Trump hand-picked the Republican for Marjorie Taylor Greene’s old seat, in a district he’d carried by 37. His guy won by about 12. A 25-point swing in the reddest district in Georgia.
And in Pennsylvania, a loan administrator named Brandon Dukes won a state House seat Republicans had held for more than 25 years. By 98 votes.
On Tuesday, Dukes is on the ballot again. Same opponent, same district.
Voters have spent two years rejecting Trump’s Republicans one Tuesday at a time. On this Tuesday, it’s the whole ballgame.
There’s one more number in this story. It’s the Democratic side of that scoreboard, and it’s the scariest thing Trump will see this weekend.

Trump: I did not marry my sister. I had two lovely; I have one left. Elizabeth. She's great. But I never proposed to them.
They’re beautiful, but I was never—I was never particularly attracted to either of them.
