FCA said in 2017 that there was £2.2billion lent via HCSTC/Home Credit to 1.5m customers. Taking PFG's £600mill figure of market size now, then the read across from the 73% drop would equate to 1.1m fewer people accessing HCSTC/Home Credit today. They're not all doing without.
