Our peaceful gathering outside IRCC is a request to be heard. We ask for fair, case-by-case consideration for Iranian conscripts and recognition that mandatory conscription is not necessarily voluntary support. We call on @MarkJCarney, @LenaMetlegeDiab, and all the elected representatives tagged here to take these concerns seriously. We also ask every listed Canadian news organization to help report our appeal. We will continue to raise our voices peacefully through Friday and ask for fair consideration of every individual case.

Today, we stand together once again because our families deserve justice, not endless uncertainty. We escaped the Iranian regime, built our lives in Canada, worked hard, and contributed to our communities. Now, our futures are threatened by conscription we never chose.
We urge Canadian media and decision-makers to hear our stories. Forced conscription is NOT voluntary membership. Fairness must be based on individual actions, not circumstances beyond someone’s control.
