4 paragraphs to say: ban open-source. Create reg capture moat. Play God.
Today I'm publishing a new essay, Policy on the AI Exponential. AI is progressing extremely fast—much faster than the policy process was built to handle. The essay lays out where I think the technology is now, and the action needed to close the gap: darioamodei.com/post/policy-…

AI EO looks sensible for the moment. Look beyond this year. It's placing stepping stones for reg capture and crushing open-source. Centralization is the goal. Pope's rant on saving humanity from AI. "Blessing the few" to help the rest. Same force. Different expressions.

Nailed the problem. Democratized Entrepreneurship is the best outcome for our civilization. Our small attempt is to get people to brainstorm an idea and/or refine an idea, think through business viability, create pitch drafts and give them build and launch plans. All AI-powered. Automating more and more of the technical parts is our plan to extend the product. faibuddy.com
