Great day at Cypresswood CC in Winter Haven. The boys finished second and will advance to regionals as a team. Abby Glass was the top female not on a team and will also move on to regionals. Wesley Cunningham was the low medalist (78) for the tournament.
One day. Two dubs for the boys team. Grateful that we have so many guys at Freedom who want to learn the game and who have practiced and played hard for the last two and a half months.
Match #1 vs Jefferson. Big W for the good guys. @reversedbrand_ @acaseofthegolf1
Go get’em, JD!!!

The good people of golf (that one guy is going to be mad)
Last year I wrote a story with an update on Dayton Price, who survived an accident on 2022 that killed his college coach and six of his teammates.
Price suffered severe burns on 44% of his body and has faced countless surgeries since.
Yet against all odds has become a very good college player and has realistic dreams of playing pro golf.
After I wrote the story the Kia Ecuador Open on the Americas Tour offered him an exemption. This week they followed thru.
And the story gets better. A PGA Tour winner reached out and offered to pay for his hotel for the week.
Hell yes.
Well…Tried to get match #1 in, but the Florida weather shut us down after a few holes. The girls were grateful to be able to break out the new bags and golf balls that @driveftf, @CallawayGolf and @acaseofthegolf1 hooked them up with! Looking forward to another great season!
Congrats to JD Ammirati on signing to play collegiate golf with @fc_golf_!
A true leader on and off the course these past four seasons — can’t wait to see all he’ll accomplish in golf and in the classroom!

A huge THANK YOU to @MGligicGolf for hooking the boys up with more great gear! They even put on the gear at school while getting some putting practice in during lunch 😂😂 @acaseofthegolf1

Thank you @WMU_Football for dropping by this morning to see what we’re building here @TheFHSPatriots. If you build it they will come.
For the second year in a row, the guys ran into John Daly Jr! @acaseofthegolf1 @PGA_JohnDaly
The weather will not keep them off the course! Thanks again @CallumTarren and @acaseofthegolf1 !!!
I’m so grateful for guys like @CallumTarren and @acaseofthegolf1. Four of the guys from the golf team are playing at @TPCTampaBay in the morning. It will be a day they’ll never forget! – at Wesley Chapel, FL
