Going to give my full thoughts on Shadow Generations while replaying it. Going to be pretty harsh, mostly oriented on stage stuff, but I will go back to story after each level.

A lot of the platforming amount to jumping into the right dash ring, or stomping on the ropes, and a lot of the regular paths are useless because you can't gain any speed or tech from them because Shadow Gens has a static ass character controller. 6.5/10

Biolizard Boss - I mean it's pretty alright. Cool arena, very different approach to OG Gens/Unleashed but it's not a bad thing. Can be very easy though, especially a large portion being cheesed easily. Forgot if Hard Mode did anything 6.5/10

Rail Canyon A2 - Way better. The not holding stick rail launch tech really makes this level flow, but it also has actual platforming and a little stakes. Not being able to stomp on certain earlier sections, having to use the jump button a fair bit to go over hurdles. 7/10

I think we need to start acknowledging how insecure Sonic CD fans are. I'm not even exaggerating: say something just slightly negative about the game and they get on your ass like you just killed someone's puppy.
