LuckyFriday Will See EN & BTS

@DtiPhilippines @vivo_phil Initially, Vivo communicated through email that the seating arrangement would be determined based on the timestamp of the purchase. However, there is now a sudden change, stating that it will instead follow a first-come, first-served basis. May I ask what prompted this change? Customers made their purchases early with the understanding that the timestamp system would determine their seating priority. One of the reasons we paid and secured our purchases early was to have the advantage of better seating. Now, are we expected to line up hours before the event just to secure the seats we were initially told would be determined by our purchase timestamps? Is it fair to keep changing the rules after customers have already paid based on the information and guidelines Vivo initially provided? You should also consider the number of fans expected to attend this event, especially with three ENHYPEN members involved. There will undoubtedly be a significant crowd, and asking paying customers to compete with everyone else by lining up early defeats the very purpose of having a purchase-based seating priority in the first place. Customers should not have to adjust to sudden changes in arrangements that were already communicated. We made our purchasing decisions based on your initial announcements, and we expect Vivo to honor those commitments. I am requesting a clear explanation for this change and, more importantly, a fair resolution that will protect the interests of customers who purchased early and followed the original guidelines. I hope Vivo takes this concern seriously and provides a concrete response rather than another change in instructions that will only create more confusion and frustration among customers.
