The new DLC for Mechwarrior 5: Mercenaries, Ashes and Ascension, is released tomorrow.
21 minutes of cinematics were produced for this one, and we used a specific format to shoot in this time. I wonder if you can guess, which one?

I’ve seen Run Terry Run, I Play Rocky, Frank and Louis, and The Only Living Pick Pocket in New York.
All of them are very well made and worth seeing when they hit a wider release.

The movie took 5 hours or so with minor disruptions from the public. Everyone who passed was curious what we were doing.
Afterward we went for happy hour and had some food and laughs.
Nothing existed at 10:00am and by 3:00 we were done. It was a great day and it often feels like rolling in public is like getting away with something.
Sound and music was later done by daily collaborators John Sawa and Sean Kolton.
This micro short was shot and edited back in March. It was initially a test of the Laowa 14-60mm MFT zoom lens as well as the @rodemics Wireless Go II mics.

I had scouted this hidden pedestrian overpass in Vancouver a while before and wanted to do something with it. After I figured out the threadbare narrative I got two of my actor friends Jonathan Latham and Roman Anthony to help out. I also brought in @ReneClaveau to slate and AD.
Whitecaps. lobbing the ball in front of the opposing net and hoping for the best isn’t a strategy, it is a wish and a hope. We tried that 4 dozen times and got destroyed by Juarez the same way Miami destroyed us in the MLS final. Stop this obvious play style. We need to change.
Now’s a good time to jump in.
