Exciting to see @semicondurian and @rezabfil and the whole @SpaceComputerIO team bring their Space Fabric architecture to life! ๐ก๐ฐ๏ธ๐
The SpaceX IPO has opened the eyes of the world to space infrastructure, but few people think about the security of compute in orbit. This is where SpaceComputer will play a pivotal role.
At its core Space Fabric is being built to protect data and computations in orbit while keeping compute cryptographically verifiable and secure.
A marriage of hardware and cryptographic primitives ๐
Don't get me started on quantum, much of today's cryptography won't hold in the future. These early missions by SpaceComputer will build the security foundations for a post-quantum readiness future. The Space Fabric architecture is an early, concrete step in that direction.
Congratulations to everyone involved!๐
We're taking a bet that the future development and growth of space computing will resemble a lot what we've seen on earth:
- Open and interoperable
- Cryptographically verifiable and secure
- Shared resources will unlock utility and scale
Today we're announcing the first mission of @SpaceComputerIO, a custom design and implementation of our Space Fabric architecture. Our payload will be integrated aboard a spacecraft traveling from LEO to GEO and will be planned to operate in GEO for full 12 months or longer.
Thanks to @spacereportr and @SpaceNews_Inc for the coverage ๐ฝ๐๐ป

Come join us for the Privacy Hub ๐ฅฐ
@Cyph3rVae @unhappyben and @FryCookVC will host the Practical Privacy Day showcasing awesome projects and demos of protocols on Ethereum and outside the blockchain space that help preserve your privacy ๐ฅ
What I love about SpaceComputer (apart from the awesome team, amazing tech, and bold vision) is that the company stands for the potential that blockchain tech and founders in this space bring to the world.
From humble beginnings in the blockchain space to providing satellite infrastructure that will change the world.
So many people I meet dismiss blockchain tech or founders that have worked in this space as "just building finance for institutions". But this space is about so much more. The ethos that brought most of us together will build a better future for everyone.
Come see us at Silicon Valley Space Week! ๐ฐ๏ธ
Weโre building space internet and confidential computing infrastructure, but weโre also building an awesome booth for you to come visit at Silicon Valley Space Week!
Meet our Co-Founders @rezabfil and @semicondurian, and chat with our team @madamczyk0, @tarasjeans, @zkpedrongmi and @danidelta8.
๐๏ธ October 27 to 29th
๐ Booth 14 outside the Hahn Auditorium!
See you there!

hardware wallet vendors learned absolutely nothing from 2020.
keystone just confirmed a shopify api breach leaking real names, phone numbers, and physical home addresses of everyone who bought their devices.
"your private keys are safe, only your full name and physical home address were leaked." ๐
thanks, keystone. now every burglar in a 50-mile radius knows exactly which house has an offline vault and what model is sitting inside.
air-gapped qr codes and secure elements don't protect you when a web2 e-commerce saas gives a criminal syndicate a direct google maps pin to your house.
the $5 wrench attack remains undefeated.
We owe you an apology.
On October 20, we detected unauthorized access to our official website. After verifying API activity with Shopify, we confirmed on October 23 that a third party obtained customer shipping information. You trusted us with those details, and we're sorry we didn't keep them safe.
Exposed: names, contact details, shipping addresses, and order details (items and prices).
Not exposed: payment card or bank details, recovery phrases, private keys, or wallet passwords.
We've blocked access, fixed the vulnerability, opened an investigation, and are emailing affected customers.
Scammers may pose as Keystone by phone, text, email, or mail, offering refunds, replacement devices, or "fixes" for your order or address. None of it is from us.
NEVER share your recovery phrase or private keys, and NEVER enter your recovery phrase into a device you didn't order. We will never ask for them. Don't click links in unexpected messages. Type keyst.one yourself.
A detailed report is coming soon.
Until then, trust only our official channels. If anything feels off, email [email protected]. We'd rather hear from you than have you take a chance.
Again, we're truly sorry to everyone affected.
I don't, they suck. Any company that leaks data (trezor, ledger, keystone, tangem) doesn't deserve to paint themselves providing security.
And the hardware wallet semantics is funny in context of ledgers significantly compromised devices ๐
a hard wallet is almost a guarantee to having your data leaked these days.
Ledger, trezor, keystone. All the same in the end.
Pray and hope that their software is more secure than their data storage.
Get a mobile phone and harden it. Go offline.
We owe you an apology.

Lmao pot calling the kettle black?
ledger does exactly the same though. I vividly recall you guys shitting on cold card and question open source software for hardware wallets just a few months ago? You ran quite a lot of promo campaigns during those days too.
2025 you guys were shitting on trezor
Shitting on SAFE as well.
Nevermind that you guys are just as bad in terms of keeping data safe. How many data leaks has ledger had?
seems a bit silly to throw share at other companies when ledger's supply chain was attacked and compromised by sub $10 sim card modules?
Right "the attack requires physical access to the Tangem card, and pulling off the attack demands specialized laboratory equipment (our setup costs around $250,000), software and hardware security expertise, and an extensive initial effort to characterize the chip, none of which is within reach of an individual attacker"

topical repost since Samsung has exactly the same data collection policies it seems

i would honestly not be surprised if somewhere within LG and other smart TV manufacturers there is a division actively working on giving access to live audio streams to law enforcement agencies..
we have already seen what can happen with private placement cameras like Flock. Wouldn't be surprised if in a few years we see similar access terms buried in TV T&Cs.
This + wifi mapping. You have no privacy left.
i own a relatively new (2025) samsung tv.
i kept getting weirdly targeted ads.
i tried reversing the firmware but it was aes encrypted and no keys unless tear it apart and do uart/jtag magic.
zero days it is. root shell on new samsung TVs!
