We are excited to see the publication in Nature Medicine by Antoine Italiano et al which suggests that tertiary lymphoid structures (TLS) presence in advanced soft tissue sarcoma is a potential predictive biomarker for CPI treatment.

ALT Rafaella Giambalvo, scientist at F-star Therapeutics presented a poster on FS120, an OX40/CD137 tetravalent bispecific dual agonist antibody, synergistically increases the anti-tumor activity of anti-PD-1 in preclinical studies at the BSI Tumour Immunology Affinity Group meeting. Jennifer Ofoedu also of F-star Therapeutics, presented on FS222, a tetravalent bispecific antibody targeting CD137 and PD-L1, designed for optimal CD137 interactions resulting in potent T cell activation without toxicity.
