Top work 👏👏👏

In Colchester, the families of the soldiers who are out in Afghanistan are not complaining, instead, they have rallied together & set up food & clothes banks for the refugees. This is what they do. They are bound by a common bond & they make things happen.

By the end of this month Id have added 22 sessions at @ShireFit. Haven’t trained this consistently since pre deployment/pre injury days. As the man says: #KeepAttacking @FubarsRfc
Good luck to the British and Irish Lions today in your first test against the Springboks, from all of us at Forces Barbarians RFC!!!!

Gents / Ladies, I am very glad to announce that we are extremely close to approving the 200th member of the club. As an added bonus, whoever nabs the spot will receive a special little something extra in their welcome pack from the QMs.
I am not telling you how close we are to 200...maybe its the next successful application...then again maybe its not.
So, for you people who have not yet joined the club, the question you have to ask your self is "Do I feel lucky?".
Well.....do ya punk? fubars.co.uk/home/apply-to-b…
