500 followers!! We made it! Thank you all. We at FumoSynthesis are delighted to see that you enjoy tech geek Cirno as much as I do! We will continue posting for the foreseeable future, so stay with us!
I've been busy! all work and no play...
I thought I'd try out an illumos distribution for fun, I've been interested in Solaris and SPARC lately, though sadly the SPARC hardware is too expensive...
My school blocks third party email clients... Hello everyone! I finally figured out how to set wallpapers on Replicant without the aspect ratio being messed up! Isn't it pretty?
Happy Fumo Friday everyone! What a week! I started my first day of college on 9/9. What's better than to end the day celebrating Fumo Friday?
Summer is over! With the work of our beloved ice fairy, its already getting colder outside! How was your summer?
Hello everyone! The Dell Latitudes are decent for those on a budget, but they can't compare to ThinkPads! This is the ThinkPad T420! Its great, I like it so far, but its running LenovoBIOS, will remove it some day.
Congrats to all those who won! I'm honoured to have been nominated in the first place.
It saddens me to say that it is over. Indeed it is over, and I cannot do anything about it. Say hi to Cirno.
I'm sorry I haven't been posting lately, I will start tomorrow, just been working on lots of stuff and reading.

The first year Fumo Awards have officially concluded. I would like to take a moment and thank everyone who has voted and/or support us though this silly Awards Show. Votes will be tallied and we hope to have the winners announced asap!
We did it everyone! The desktop has been liberated of its proprietary BIOS! No Intel ME for me! I chose Canoeboot over Libreboot because it is more extremist in preserving the users freedom. Thankfully, the desktop is like the GM45 Thinkpads and is all free software!!
Hello everyone! We have received a parcel, its a desktop computer! Its so small that its more like a fumo mini mainframe!
Hey everyone, let's go for one final voting push before the document closes! We can win the two categories, let's go!
The 2026 Fumo Awards is here!
Below you can find the link to the Google Forms to vote. I made the form not collect any data from you. You can rest assure I'm not selling it to the Moriya Shrine!
You are not required to vote for every category either!
