Down to 167 lbs and plan to hover here between 165 and 170. If I try and gain muscle I’ll probably aim for 190 to 200 in muscle weight. Hope everyone is doing good. Happy 2022 by the way, don’t think I said that at the beginning of the year, but better late then never I suppose.
