Sorry I haven’t been posting the last 2 weeks. I perforated my colon and had to have emergency surgery to have about 5 inches of my sigmoid resected.
My surgeon said I should be able to start back at square 1 at the 4-6 month mark. Just need to take it easy and slow at first.
I’ll be back after I’m healed ready to get to work again ❤️🩹
