There are actually a bunch of guys who deserve targets on this New York Jets offense right now. Words I never expected to say!
However, I think Geno Smith might have a thing for AD, who we haven’t heard much about lately since returning from injury.
W1: Played 69% of snaps, with 3 targets and 3 catches.
W2: Played 82% of snaps, with a whopping 12 targets and 6 catches.
W7: Last week, coming back from injury, he played just 44% of the snaps but still saw 3 targets (0 catches).
I think this week he gets closer to 70% of the snaps, which should increase his target share against a pretty bad Raiders pass defense in the Geno Smith revenge game.
