Second - we'll keep hold of the amazing staff we already have in the NHS by making sure it remains a fulfilling and rewarding place to work.
Retain more staff. Modern pensions, meaning staff can return to work seamlessly. Making it easier for staff to move between NHS organisations. Funding professional development and occupational health services. Flexibility for newly retired doctors to re-join the NHS and care for patients.
