If I could sum up our transition in one word it would be amazing. Our @GCPSReception class are absolutely ready for year 1 and have been a pleasure to have the last three days. Enjoy summer and see you all in September. @GreenfieldsCPS

This week has been incredible; Forest school, a trip, a dance performance, watching the leavers show and @gcpsyear6 were AMAZING, a water fight and whole school robot wars- WOW. We ended with a sleepy pillows competition and @GCPSYear2 won… just!!! Have a brilliant weekend.

In the forest today we listened to the story ‘bog baby’. We worked in teams to make a house for the bog babies incase they ever decide to come and visit @GreenfieldsCPS @GCPSYear2

This morning we planted our sunflowers outside… we can’t wait to observe them as they grow and change… perhaps when we return in September we will have lots of blooming sunflowers. @GreenfieldsCPS

Mrs Wilson had the pleasure of hosting boomwhacker choir tonight and I was so impressed with their performances. Well done @GCPSYear2 @GreenfieldsCPS

Our Art installation is up and the children were so excited to see it all coming together after so much hard work. Amazing as always key stage one @GCPSYear2
