Two strangers inherit half a villa on Lake Como. They must live together for 365 days. If one leaves, the other gets everything. After 20 years in TV, I wrote, directed and produced this vertical series on my own, with AI. Half of Everything. Episode 1:

I can spend hours making a shot look better. It’s harder to admit when a scene looks great but adds nothing to the story. With an AI series, I still have to answer the same question at the end of every episode: does anyone care enough to watch the next one?

Two months ago, my studio account on Instagram had 81 followers. I was posting tests: loose shots, experiments, things I was learning to do with AI.

On October 27 I premiered Half of Everything, my romance series. Today: over 21,000 followers. Same tools as two months ago. The difference is a story people want to follow.

My brother @fgomsan is one of the best urologists in the world. Laser and robotic surgery, all day. And he just built a Mac app. That makes this a lot more impressive. I run an iMac with a second monitor. For years the Dock lived on one screen only. Now it's on both. It's called MultiScreenDock. Native, free, open source, notarized by Apple. Took me a minute to find it. It hides at the bottom edge until you move the mouse there. Then it just works. If you use more than one screen on a Mac, try it: multiscreendock.fgomsan.here…

Same episodes. Instagram can't get enough of them. On TikTok almost everyone leaves at second 2. Same story, same characters. The difference is how fast the hook lands on each platform. Now testing sub-20s cuts on TikTok. I'll share what I learn. teapawt.net/GGomSan/status/2115753…

China's first AI feature film cost $1.5M and has made about $181K in cinemas. The microdrama version of the same story got around 200M views. Last week I shared my vertical series made with AI, on my own. Six one-minute episodes later it's past 1.7M views, and people want more every day. How you make money from this is still an open question.

Madrid, 2030. Precios fijados por decreto. Diez horas al día sin luz. Un litro de aceite al mes. Y las elecciones, aplazadas hasta nuevo aviso. Ficción generada con IA. De momento.

Two days in: nearly 600,000 views across the first three episodes, and the account went from 2,342 to over 10,000 followers. Not much yet, but it's a lot to me.

I released Episode 1 with three different openings and let the audience pick the one that stayed. That same evening I had to bring Episode 2 forward, because people kept asking for it. They still are. instagram.com/termopilas.med…

I direct films that mix generative AI with live action. This is a minute of what I made this year, from a samurai series to a Spanish grandma fighting an Italian nonna over pasta. Every character is mine and I edit everything myself. Hope you like it!

I've been a producer for twenty years. This summer I started making soul records with AI. Not to grow an audience. I just couldn't find enough of the music I wanted to listen to, so I started making it. Two albums so far. The second one, Nothing In Particular, came out last Friday. Ten soul songs about small things, for slow Sundays. A third, in Italian, is on the way. They now have a home: MeMo Music, the record label of Termópilas Media. The artist is Slow Sunday. Which is me.

NVIDIA backing Higgsfield tells me more than the headline does. The companies that make the chips are starting to choose which creative tools stay around. I'd bet Magnific and a few others get the same call soon. For people making films with these tools, that's good news and a warning. The tools will stop vanishing every six months, but they'll also start to look more alike. When everyone has the same camera, what's left is taste. Which shot you pick, what you leave out, when you cut. Nobody can invest in that part for you.
Jensen Huang: “… the founders of Higgsfield are visionary in the work that they do … but these are some of the brightest people in the world.” We're grateful to Jensen and the teams at NVIDIA and TCV for believing in us. Both companies have joined Higgsfield as investors in our Series B extension. Since our August Series B: • We’ve crossed $1 billion in annualized revenue. • Enterprise contracts are up 71%, growing 100%+ month-over-month • We’ve grown from 30 million to over 40 million users globally. TCV has backed Netflix, Facebook, ByteDance and Spotify, companies that changed how people create and consume media. NVIDIA has powered every generation of Higgsfield, from L40 and A40 GPUs through Hopper and Blackwell, with Vera Rubin next to meet growing demand. Thank you to our creators and customers for building with us every day, and to everyone at Higgsfield whose work brought us here. The full Bloomberg Announcement is linked below.

In AI fight scenes, dress the two fighters differently. If they wear the same thing, the model can swap them in the middle of a spin. On a set, actors know their marks. Here, the costume is the only thing that tells them apart. I choose colours the same way I choose where the camera goes, so nobody wonders who's who.
