The Pollara poll on the Toronto mayoral election declares that they cannot assign a margin of error to the results, because those results are at least partially from from an online survey.
That means that they cannot predict how far off their results might be.
Even if such a sample size could have a margin of error, those margins of error are huge!
For example, only 197 people sampled in Scarborough, with a huge margin of error of 7%. And taking into consideration the fact that a margin of error cannot be assigned in such a way to an online poll, it's reasonable to assume that the real error could be even larger than that.
So, even without the suspected oversampling of downtown, there's reason to believe that this poll could be very much off.
The Toronto mayoral election is tomorrow, with Bradford and Chow at a dead heat.
Different polls show different candidates ahead, and several show a statistical tie, but the general trend is Bradford gaining ground.
See my full analysis in the comments.
Some highlights:
1. Downtown is pro Chow
2. North York, Etobicoke, and men are pro Bradford
3. Women and Scarborough are divided.
My analysis of Toronto mayoral election polls.
Some polls favor Brad Bradford, while other polls favor Olivia Chow, but they tend to agree that it's a very tight race, and Bradford is gaining ground.
Some very interesting demographic data here.
Enjoy!

The Alberta referendum resulted in an overwhelming vote to remain part of Canada, but there were many other questions on the ballot.
Looking at all the answers, the general message from voters is that they want more autonomy.

What they are, and why they are what they are.
In short, voters want to remain part of Canada, but want more autonomy from the federal government.

π o'clock isn't 3:14:16 am, which means 3 hours, 14 minutes, 16 seconds, and comes from:
π = 3.1416
π o'clock is 3.1416 hours!
3.1416 hours = 3 + 0.1416 hours
0.1416 hours = 0.1416×60 minutes
= 8.496 minutes
= 8 + 0.496 minutes
0.496 minutes = 0.496×60 seconds
= 29.76 seconds
≈ 30 seconds
π o'clock is 3:08:30
3:08 am plus 30 seconds.
Math: This is what π o'clock looks like.

This is not a fun note to see on polling data.
"Here's some results, but we can't really say how wrong they might be."
Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Back in the 90s, installing a computer game might have been more of a challenge than the actual game.
It was not unusual for kids (yes, actual kids) to learn how to build a computer, research and buy the separate parts for it, and build it, just to play games.
And there was no AI, and barely any internet, to help them.
Gamers today click "Install," wait a little while, and then hit the "Play Game" button. Technical skill required: zero.
Gamers in the 1990s needed a PhD in computer science, mastery of hardware and software configuration, willpower, patience, BIOS knowledge, boot disks, base memory management skills, and insane amounts of trial and error - just to run a single game.
Show this to anyone under 35 and they'll think you were a wizard... and maybe you were!
One weekend left to go until the Toronto mayoral election, and the final debate between Brad Bradford and Olivia Chow is done.
Various polls show Bradford gaining more and more support.

A good scientific approach is to be skeptical, but have an open mind.
Whether we're dealing with UFO or UAP sightings, or anything else.
There are some wild natural atmospheric phenomena that can look like intelligent beings from another world, like ball lightning or fata morgana.
The relatively new human ability to fly and have cameras everywhere, has allowed us to see the atmosphere in ways previously impossible, and it would be no surprise if that led to us seeing previously unknown natural phenomena that can be mistaken for intelligence.
At the same time, maybe it also allowed us to see evidence of another intelligence more easily.
A new batch of UFO or UAP files has been released by the US government.
Of all the files released, the Lunar sightings stand out the most, because they cannot be explained by atmospheric phenomena.
See my lecture linked in the comments for full details.
UFO stands for Unidentified Flying Object. That implies it's an object with a flight mechanism.
The newer more accurate term, UAP, stands for Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena, or Unidentified Aerial Phenomena. This implies that it's not necessarily an object, or anything flying. It includes rare weather or optical phenomena, like mirages or rare forms of lightening.
My video on the UAP or UFO files released by the Pentagon, and why the Lunar sightings stand out because they can't be explained by atmospheric phenomena, since there's no atmosphere on the Moon.

Imagine how much more difficult it would be to drive a car, if you didn't have the location of the pedals, gear shift, and turn signal switches memorized, and you had to look for them every time.
That's how much more difficult math is without memorization.
With BioWare closing, Baldur's Gate is the talk of the town again, as that's where it all began.
Baldur's Gate 3 has resurrecte the franchise, but many are not familiar enough with the Dungeons & Dragons rules to fully enjoy it.
See my videos in the comments, explaining the D&D rules system used in BG3. These videos will explain a lot about the game.

BioWare made Baldur's Gate 1 and 2, but not Icewind Dale or Baldur's Gate 3.
They made Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic, but not KOTOR 2.
Games are made by people, not companies. Companies are just one of the tools that people use.
The talented people are still around, working on other projects, and the classic games that made BioWare famous are still around as well.
The people are more important than the IP. Just look Diablo 1 and 2 vs the later sequels. Same company, same IP, but it's clear that Diablo 3 and 4 are just a different type of game than the first two. They were made by a different group of people.
