HANOs Executive Director discussed plans in place for next fiscal year and all commissioners agreed the plan for next year should bring their SEMAP score up. The agenda item was approved. #PutHousingFirst

• These improvements are designed to ensure accurate, timely, and consistent inspections and support the restoration of HANO's SEMAP performance. • HANO has implemented a Customer Care Department and 24-Hour Hotline that records and track complaints and unresolved issues.

• These findings negatively impacted HANO's SEMAP performance on indicators related to Housing Quality Standards (HQS) inspections and enforcement.
