They put up a fight against Ras? Could have fooled me. Can’t take this guy serious when he was defending Ryan Mac to me last year. Live in reality FJ once and awhile, even the org said they need changes.
No one hates the New York Yankees quite like New York Yankees fans

No matter if the Brewers or TB wins, 8 years out of 10 since 2017 the WS champion finished with either the 1st or 2nd best record in their respective league (AL or NL) #crapshoot

I remember in 1998 when they ask Bernie if he was happy for been in the World Series again, and he said " We haven't won anything yet ". That was the mentality those days. They played to win it all. @Yankees #RepBX

Bro. Send this guy back to bum fuck Utah. Jfc.
Kyle Whittingham after Michigan's 13-6 OT loss to Indiana: "If that's the number 6 team in the country, then we're a pretty good football team, even though we're sitting here at 4-3."

Two years an offense that can’t move the ball. Pop Warner level offense. Fire everyone.

Hell yes.
The Yankees and pitching coach Matt Blake have agreed on a three-year extension. @Joelsherman1 reported yesterday the sides were moving toward a deal

Great great great news. Need Blake here to stay
The best pitching coach in baseball never played baseball at the professional level. Just a reminder!

Guy loves to bash Yankee Champions but defends players who wouldn’t win if their life depended on it. The worst.
Amazing management by Joe Torre to make sure Rich Garcia missed this call. Aaron Boone just doesn't have that kind of foresight.

lol declining defense, before 2025 Grish had 3 straight years of OPS’s in the .600’s. Do I think he can be better than he was last year? Sure. Is he the 800+ OPS guy he was in 2025? Highly doubt it. He also was never a high OBP guy in his career. They won’t regret it.
Since 2017, only 14 hitters (min. 200 PA) have had a lower BAPIP and a higher wRC+ than Trent Grisham. Not easy to be successful with that kind of luck. People are going to regret not bringing him back.

Like I said earlier this week….This is why these pressers mean SHIT. actions>words.
What Hal said following every season since 2020: 2020: “Our offense—just inconsistent at playing up to their potential, to me. … You couldn’t tell which offense was going to show up.” 2021: “The majority of the responsibility, whether it's the responsibility of inconsistent offense or bad baserunning, etc., that responsibility lies with the players.” 2022: “Aaron Boone wasn’t responsible for our offense, the slide they experienced the last couple months of the season rolling into the postseason.” 2023: “We did not get where we needed to be with run production—it was probably our biggest problem.” 2024: “We did not play a clean World Series." 2025: “This Toronto series was on the players. It’s on the players’ shoulders, period. They didn’t hit." 2026: “The majority of the responsibility … lies with the position players and the inability to score on a consistent basis.”

Not sure where the lie is that not replacing Nunez or Nova for David Adams per Seattle’s request killed the deal which would have sent Lee to NY.
Replying to @GODJ2
Omitting context creates lies

Public accountability, non public accountability, I don’t give a shit how he does it, but whatever he is doing is not resonating. The answers from players in the postgame, the continued mistakes year after year, the voice in the dugout isn’t making a difference.
Aaron Boone is asked about his approach on public accountability: "There is probably a time and place for that, but generally speaking, to me that's not leadership. That's me giving red meat to people that want to be upset with somebody."

It’s so clear a lot fans here haven’t seen a WS. There is a mentality, a hunger, a culture, that has been missing under this manager and group over the years. The fact people are saying “players are to blame” is true, but in the same breath leaving Boone blameless is absurd

Good question
"At the end of the day, we haven't won a championship with me at the helm. That's what has to happen to satisfy myself and to answer those questions ultimately." - Aaron Boone

lol
Hal Steinbrenner said he has not discussed a contract extension with Aaron Boone. Steinbrenner said the organization had "a week long conversation" about Boone and decided he was not the issue.
