Being careless and undisciplined is very normal among teenagers as they are not mature enough to stay patient and focused. Ed Wang consider it not a big deal as long as sports, especially a real team one like American football, can be the right way out.

Ed shared his opinion on leadership.
“You can see all the great leaders are masters of communicating, sharing and encouraging his teammates, making everyone to be their best. It’s amazing but it’s not magical. Great leaders are great teammates otherwise he is not qualified.”
📢
Although his parents are track & field athletes, Ed didn’t stay in the comfort zone with athletic talents. He chose to play football in his youth and kept it all the way to the NFL. It taught him how to keep challenging his limits to stay competitive at highest level!
💭
Staying in the comfort zone can’t help us to grow up.
The real comfort is gained by sweating and sacrificing.

It’s never too late as long as you are willing to keep moving.
It’s always late as long as you are afraid of feeling frustrated.

💭“Football is one really the only sport where you must really work as a team. From those plays called by coach, our kids can learn to think, communicate, learn and then have their own ideas on a play. That’s where creativity comes from and why football is a great fun of them.”
💭
“I 100% recommend Chinese children to play football that you must really work as a team. No one can win alone and must rely on each other to achieve victory. It teaches so many life lessons that are so valuable regardless if you are a professional athlete or a businessman.”
