Tarsus! Yesterday Martha, our son Danny and I started our “footsteps of Paul” trip to Turkey, where we visited the apostle’s home town of Tarsus. (Paul is one of a handful of historical figures in the ancient workd that I most admire.)
I’m honored to testify at this important House hearing tomorrow on federal government surveillance of Americans. Kudos to @Jim_Jordan and @RepAndyBiggsAZ and their staff for organizing and hosting the discussion.
Discovery motion granted in @ginacarano's case against Disney! The court is forcing Disney to turn over information about how stars like Pedro Pascal, Rosario Dawson, & others from The Mandalorian, other Disney+ Star Wars shows, and the forthcoming movie The Mandalorian & Grogu were compensated for their roles.
Honored to be representing Sen. @BasedMikeLee, Sen. @MittRomney, and the rest of the Utah congressional delegation in this important SCOTUS case. Our brief shows that the Court should grant Utah's application for leave to file a complaint against the federal government--the first step in reclaiming responsibility for managing (and sovereignty over) Utah's own valuable lands.
