Last week, I shared an early look at Nevada’s ballot returns and some interesting trends in congressional and #NVLEG districts. Now I’ve built something to make it much easier to follow those numbers. data-point-research.com Data Point Research, a project of GB Political LLC, has launched an interactive dashboard tracking voter turnout across Nevada. You can explore statewide, county, congressional, legislative, and local races, compare historical election results, and even adjust how nonpartisan voters might affect the partisan turnout margins. I’ll refresh the dashboard every morning with the previous day’s voting activity and add more local races in the coming days. Still early, but now everyone can follow the numbers as they change. Let me know if you have any questions or suggestions!

+39,445 records added to data-point-research.com A few observations: 7 GOP Assembly Districts once considered safe in past elections are now in "toss-up" or "lean" ranges; 1 DEM swing district is in play. Washoe Dems are voting by drop box 2:1 over the GOP. I expect to have a rural refresh with tomorrow's upload. As requested, I'll add North Las Vegas and Henderson to the local Races tab.

Nevada's latest mail ballot returns are here (10/16): 43,982 ballots, up 12,768 from yesterday. Republicans continue to narrow the statewide gap, now D+3.4, down from D+4.5. NV-2 has moved to R+3.6, while several #NVLEG districts remain close, including SD8, AD12, AD22, and AD40. Early voting is underway. The next round of returns should be interesting.

For those wondering what early mail ballot returns look like in Nevada’s congressional and #NVLEG races, here’s an early look at the numbers. 31,214 ballots returned as of last night. Notably, in NV-2, Democrats have returned 27.3% more ballots than Republicans in Washoe County, a D+8.7 percentage-point advantage. Several traditionally Republican districts are also seeing close or even upside-down partisan returns. D's are doing well. Still very early, but worth watching.

California will be hit by four significant storms over the next week, bringing widespread heavy rain and 2–5+ feet of snow to the Sierra Nevada. Expect 4–8 inches of rain across Northern California and 2–4 inches across Central and much of Southern California, with up to 15–20+ inches possible along the western slopes of the Northern Sierra. Flood Watches have already been issued for the entire Sacramento Valley and the western slopes of the Northern Sierra. Stay tuned.

I asked @MarkAmodeiNV2 about his inclusion in a Charlie Kirk conspiracy theory raised on Candace Owens' show yesterday. "I like to think of myself as a pretty good multitasker, but I'm not that good," he said. "I've never met Mrs. Kirk ... never been to Fort Huachuca."
