Given that there are 30 million monthly active users on TikTok in the UK, it really should not be an 'astonishing fact' that Farage has 1.3m followers. Le Pen similarly has 1.3m followers. However Macron has 6.4m because - unlike the UK - the main parties chose not to be absent.

.@GWRHelp yet again the most incompetent people on the planet. Saturday before Christmas? Cut the Hereford train from 9 carriages to 5. Cancel seat reservations made months ago. Now multiple babies/ people with disabilities stood in between carriages.

What a night! Thank you to the wonderful Peter Andre for putting on such a fantastic performance at Amped, UK Music & TikTok’s celebration of music. A privilege to introduce the great man along with my good friend Giles Derrington @MrPeterAndre #CPC2024
Surprised by those now saying “well FPTP was good to the Lib Dems” and suggesting they might go soft on PR.
A) PR is still basic fairness
B) 12.2% of 650 is 79 seats…
.@GWRHelp you now have people without medication, pregnant woman and people with urgent childcare needs from tomorrow morning standing in the cold at Taunton trying to get to London- we waited 3 hours from Exeter to get sent to Taunton. For the love of god authorise taxis. – at South West, England
So glad @AhirShah won the @ComedyAwards at @edfringe. Saw his show in the first full week and have been thinking about bits of it ever since. Very funny, but also heartbreaking and beautiful. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Nearly 1/2 of adults that use TikTok bought a product/service off it and had visited somewhere local, too

Christ @RoyalMail is awful. My package was posted on 28th November with 2-3 day delivery, said “will be delivered today” since 13th still not arrived. Impossible to speak to a human and their tracking bot is the worst I’ve ever seen. Nothing to do with strikes- just bad service – at Wandsworth, London
My god the @cineworld app is poor. Totally unable to book with unlimited card for the weekend. Can deal with the bad UI, but at least get the basics!

Great announcement by GMB and my old work (proud to have played a small part when I was there). Shows the power of mutual respect and cooperation in getting things done.
BREAKING NEWS 🚨:
@Deliveroo and GMB Union announce a new joint agreement for Riders.
It's official - we're the union for Deliveroo Riders.
Now at 45 mins on hold to @HMRCcustomers… quite like to get back to doing the work I’ve been over taxed on!
Really good to see @BBCNews on TikTok and already doing some incredibly important work covering the horrific scenes in Ukraine. vm.tiktok.com/ZMLycrf1W/

1/ TikTok is an outlet for creativity and entertainment that can provide a source of relief and human connection during a time of war when people are facing immense tragedy and isolation. However, the safety of our employees and our users remain our highest priority.
