Remember, remember the fifth of #Movember.... my friends, let's do some good and let's help some people. movember.com/m/gregswitzer
Day 4 - and so far just over 8km walked to raise awareness for the 60 men lost to suicide globally, every hour.

There's a little bit of stubble on my upper lip today... Let's help find mental health initiatives thru #Movember this year. You can donate here: movember.com/m/gregswitzer
Movember predictions:
1. The hair in my nose will grow faster than the hair under my nose
2. You all are going to help me hit our fundraising goal so we can help fight prostate cancer, testicular cancer and help fund mental health initiatives

It's #Movember, and I have shaved off my moustache again to help raise money to support prostate and testicular cancer research as well as helping fund mental health initiatives. Every year I set a goal 10% higher that what we helped raise the previous year.
This year I am hoping to reach $1656. Please think about donating if you can, or helping me to spread the message. Thank you!

No boxes for you purchases at @DollarTree anymore? Or again, because they've flip flopped in this a couple times now.
Corporate must have told someone they weren't selling enough reusable bags last quarter...
Geez, Sendzik seems genuinely upset over all the local mayoral results. Keeps talking about how all these new people are going to have a steep learning curve. What did he do before he was St. Catharines' mayor?
Also, he can't figure out how to wear a tie when he's on TV?
So this week instead of watching a hockey game, because it's only available on Sportsnet+, I'm watching my local municipal election coverage on @yourtvniagara
NHL shooting itself in the foot while trying to wink wink "grow the game"... Thanks Gary...
Would have liked to watch the Leafs game but I'm not spending any extra money on top of my cable bill and my @Rogers cell phone for a @Sportsnet broadcast team I already don't like. Sorry, "Sportsnet+"...
Guess I'm watching the Alberta referendum coverage on @CBC
🩸 150 Donations! 🩸
This Saturday at 11:30 a.m., I’ll be making my 150th plasma donation.
I’ve made donating part of my weekly routine because something that takes a little time out of my day can make a very real difference for someone who needs it.
For #150, I’d love to have some friends and family stop by and share the moment with me.
Better yet, if you’ve ever thought about donating, come roll up your sleeve and join me. 🩸
You never know whose life you might help change. ❤️
I'm gonna blame Rogers, gotta be fallout from killing Hockey Night in Canada.

Reindl takes over as IIHF president; Canada left without council seat.

Oh FFS, the "good" Leafs game is on Sportsnet... fml
So I can watch Toronto at Ottawa, but I can't watch Ottawa at Toronto, because I'm out of region... despite being an hour away from Toronto, and 6 hours away from Ottawa...

You know, aside from the T-Rex, the Invasion of the Dinosaurs dinosaurs were really pretty good for a 1970s TV show.
