Dare more. Ask for more. Speak up. The best things almost always happen the moment you find the courage to say what you really think. At work, but especially in relationships, we constantly censor ourselves and by doing so we cut ourselves off from real opportunities, real connections, real possibilities. Not because they do not exist, but because we are afraid to claim them. We spend hours overthinking, running mental simulations, fearing rejection. And overthinking is not depth, it is fear disguised as rationality. The mind seeks control, but life only responds to action. Saying things clearly is not aggression, it is emotional intelligence. Validating people, giving compliments, creating a positive space is an act of strength, especially in a human climate that is increasingly closed, cynical, and hostile. People do not need more judgment, they need to feel seen, recognized, welcomed and those who are not naturally outgoing can become incredibly powerful the moment they stop protecting themselves and start showing up. Speaking is risky, staying silent is far riskier. Because silence does not protect you, it excludes you. If you want something, say it. If you feel something, show it. If you think something, take responsibility for it. Courage does not just change conversations, it changes the direction of lives.

BREAKING: MIT just completed the first brain scan study of ChatGPT users & the results are terrifying. Turns out, AI isn't making us more productive. It's making us cognitively bankrupt. Here's what 4 months of data revealed: (hint: we've been measuring productivity all wrong)

Can we really call ourselves the greatest nation in the world when nearly 70% of adults are overweight or obese, healthcare costs are skyrocketing, and we rank 55th in life expectancy? Our children are developing type 2 diabetes at unprecedented rates, and obesity is linked to 13 types of cancer and years of lost life This isn’t just a health crisis—it’s a cultural crisis Obesity isn’t inevitable; it’s preventable It’s time to confront this issue head-on and start having honest conversations

What’s crazy to me…is the insanity of people literally imploding over the people finding massive fraud, rather than the people doing massive fraud.

I had not met Bobby Kennedy until a few months ago. The more I got to know him I truly believe he has the American public’s best interests at heart. I have worried about toxins and the cause of cancer my entire career. As a physician scientist I really hope he is confirmed tomorrow @RobertKennedyJr

Reminder that autophagy in skeletal muscle is supported by working out and eating protein, supporting bro science over longevity docs.
It has been shown that skeletal muscle autophagy is increased in response to protein intake and exercise and is decreased in caloric deficit (PMID 26136534). This contradicts the entire basis of trying to use rapamycin toward this end (the posited conflict between exercise and autophagy), and it is an example where focusing on mechanism is important to support what Layne is saying.

For AI to Make America Healthy Again we need MASSIVE improvement in the base layer information that will take years only with tremendous investment. Otherwise, leading with AI is putting the cart before the horse and is doomed to failure. The value of AI is exponentially faster computing power. But what is it you are computing? * Millions of genetic mutations and polymorphisms have been identified, but for almost *all* of them, no one has studied how they affect the protein function. Determining this requires bench research in a wet lab, not compute power. * The way forward based on compute power will be to do genome-wide association studies (GWAS) with diseases. But these lack full confidence in causality and they are heavily biased toward common polymorphisms. They often only uncover the basis of 20-30% of the heredity of a disease. If the other 70-80% is based in rare mutations, many small studies of whole genome sequencing performed on first-degree relatives who share a disease will have to be done. This is best done by an army of independent researchers, not by a corporate-government partnership. * Nutritional epidemiology is trash. * We need longer RCTs in nutrition. * We need more diverse types of RCTs to determine how contextual factors modify nutrient demands. * Medicine does better than nutrition but it too has too limited of an RCT base. * We have huge problems in all disciplines with fraud, p hacking, and replication. We need to GET BACK TO NATURE on the one hand, and to IMPROVE THE BASE LAYER INFORMATION on the other. Improving compute power will help us summarize existing knowledge and more quickly identify problems and potential solutions but relying on it as an authority to build 48-hour disease cures is delusional fantasy.

BOYS CLUB UPDATE 🐸🪁🐶🐺 $PEPE 🐸 Chart HTF looks very good. It has maintained bullish MS and failed to create a distribution at the highs which is always great! We are currently just in a range. I'm watching the POIs for shorts/longs. Be aware we could always sweep the range low to mitigate that demand and create a larger accumulation. $BRETT 🪁 Watching this range as a potential accumulation schematic. 👀 We came into our Key POI so If we can break MS back to bullish confirming this I will look for swing longs. $ANDY 🐶 The chart does not have a proper acculation at the lows but we are in the POI. Paying very close attention to what we do next... I have my first 40% in on spot and will add more once we get confirmation. (strong BOS back to bullish / local #TCT models) Overall still very bullish on $ANDY 😤 $WOLF 🐺 Last but definitely not least Mr. $WOLF. The chart looks super good IMO. The only thing I don't love is that wick that swept all the liquidity... this is just unfortunate for the return to zone... About 70% of my spot positon has been filled. We are trying to confirm this model 1 accumulation that came into our HTF POI. Need to see some more data but I will look to add the rest to my position on a strong break of structure. I truly hope you guys are feeling good. Sticking to the plan. And did NOT sell at the lows. Remeber how you felt yesterday and reflect on how you been better prepared for next time 😤 With $TRUMP launching we are in new meme coin territory. IMO things are about to get crazy. Time to put the work in.🤝🏼
