💚 MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS WEEK⚽
Sport and football can be an escape from whatever life throws at us, but behind a smile, someone could be struggling in silence.
Take a moment to check on those around you, be there to listen and remind others that it’s okay not to be okay. 💚
Look beyond the smile. Be kind, check in, speak out and let people know they’re not alone. We are here, we care, and we are listening.🫶💚
