What is @UPS's policy for accommodating customers with disabilities?
@UPS My wife had to ruin my Father's Day surprise because she is disabled and UPS doesn't have time to wait for her to get to the door to sign for deliveries. Please verify that this is an official email. What is your policy for disabled customers? Additional details in comments
Update: @UPS verified this is how they communicate with its customer. Issues not resolved, package still inaccessible.

My wife couldn’t make it to the door in time to sign for this package. The package is now being sent a Michaels Arts and Crafts store miles away from our house for pickup, despite having a UPS store 0.5 miles away from our house. This was the first delivery attempt. 1/2

The news out of Colorado Springs this morning is devastating. This potentially hate-fueled violence is an outgrowth of the divisive rhetoric in this country. It must stop. My thoughts are with the families of the victims and the LGBTQ+ communities today.
