Hoe zorg je dat mensen in de supermarkt afstand houden? Uit onderzoek van de UvA blijkt dat belonen met koekjes of chocola, stickers en pijlen met de gewenste looprichting én wachtplekken voor de kassa allemaal helpen. Verplichte winkelwagentjes niet. tinyurl.com/2juddmtr
