Interested in anthracite mining in northeastern Pennsylvania? Chuck Diljak has been constructing his HO scale Wyoming Valley in his basement. The layout features a coal mine with many of its supporting structures as the main revenue producer for the railroad
Tim Moses is in the first phase of construction on an HO layout. His layout features the Greenwood Lake Branch and Boonton Line after the two lines were combined in 1963. The design of his layout is a "mushroom" in design. To learn more, visit Tim.
The Garden State Model Railway Club has been busy maintaining their existing HO layout while beginning construction of a new layout.
Remember the O scale club that was located, next door? The space became available when the O scale club disbanded. Come, see what they are up to!
The second clinic is by Fred Dellaiacono, who is cutting up portions of his finished layout again! You will see how he improved the scenery and structural elements on his Ramapo Central. And, you will be able to see his HO layout in the afternoon.
The stone structure was formerly a farm house and Richard constructed his model in HO scale. His attention to detail and the prototype resulted in winning awards at the NMRA National Convention in Philadelphia, in 2006.
We plan two clinics:
Richard Newmiller, MMR, will be presenting a clinic on the research and construction of the East Broad Top's yard office in Orbisonia, PA.
