TLDR: PM Rishi Sunak who got fined for breaking covid laws, just ordered an investigation into Minister Nadhim Zahawi, who got fined for not paying taxes, in the same week Sunak is fined for not wearing his seatbelt, while ex Tory PM is investigated for bribery re Richard Sharp.

If you go to an elite public school you are given much more than an education. You are given entitlement, a network of powerful friends and a belief that the world is yours to inherit. It doesn't start and end with algebra. It starts and ends with the old school tie.

Sorry, but when you’re licensing new gas and your party is flirting with fracking and you’d not keen on wind that’s complete and utter bullshit. No other word will do. theguardian.com/politics/202…

The reason Boris Johnson is taking successive holidays now during a generational emergency instead of in three weeks when he has no responsibilities is that he doesn’t give a fuck about you and never has, hope that helps

It's amazing how the Metropolitan Police can arrest a woman for heading to a peaceful protest so much quicker than they can arrest Tory MPs who commit sexual assault, isn't it?

Nobody should be allowed to be a politician for more than 10 years b/c if you can't fix it in a decade, you aren't interested in fixing it.

It took 20 police officers and an offensive law to remove one protestor from Whitehall. But not a single police officer saw an offensive Tory partying in Whitehall. Go figure.

It is worth remembering that what the Government did was prop up the privately owned train operators to stop them walking away. None of that money went to rail workers who carried on working throughout the pandemic. As such, your point is moot and has no relevance to the strikes.

One of the justifications for introducing 10-year prison sentences for peaceful protest was the actions of environmentalists. Last night the government voted to let water companies keep on dumping sewage in British rivers.

41 Tory MPs took Russian donations. And Newsnight hasn't mocked up a picture of a single one of them in Russian hat.

Good morning Sodom and Gomorrah. Good morning sinners. The Queen pays out £12 million. Rishi Sunak writes off £4.3 billion. BP report profits of £9.4 billion. Shell Oil report profits of £14 billion. There are over 2,200 food banks in the UK. Have a great day. ✌️

Say what you like about 1970s trade union militancy. But 50 years ago, nobody in full time work needed a food bank.
