Today the W&G GPCCC took on North Leeds. In the hope of back to back victories. What a game! GPCCC won the toss and bowled. Amelia had her debut at square leg…. Don’t think she realised how much action she would get in the first over alone!

Parish nets start on Thursday 6th February at Brigshaw High School (8:30pm to 9:30pm). All players and abilities welcome. Up the Parish 🏏💙

After over 15 years at the club & more wickets than we can remember (and not as many disciplinaries as you'd imagine), 1st team opening bowler @dazchide has made the decision to leave the club to rejoin @Great_PrestonCC, along with his son & 2nd team opening bowler George Childe.

Parish Social media is on holiday. We are playing, but who cares? 1s at home, 2s away somewhere.....social media in Poland 🇵🇱 Results to follow next week (potentially). Up the Parish 💙🏏🍺 #uptheparish #whocares #stag #cricket #pdcl #Garforth

We've had a brilliant first couple of weeks at our junior @DynamosCricket & @allstarscricket sessions. Thank you to everyone who has helped so far and, of course, to all of the youngsters that have brought the energy and fun....we will see you all again on Friday 🏏💙 #thefuture

The 1st team travel to @ClubFrickley today for what will be no doubt a very tough game. The 2nd team's game at home to @bmcc_official 2s has unfortunately fallen victim to the poor weather earlier in the week and has been called off. Up the Parish 💙🏏 #uptheparish #Garforth

Unfortunately, both senior sides fell to narrow defeats this past weekend, with the 1s losing by 43 runs at home to Oulton and the 2s losing away at @Bentley_Cricket by 41 runs. We go again on Saturday with the hope of improved performances & fortunes. #uptheparish

Our Under 15s welcome New Rover Cricket Club to the Aquafix Services Oval tonight for our first home game of the season. We have a couple of changes to last week's named 12-man team, who narrowly lost by 3 wickets against Great Preston: ➡️ Talbot & Lovell ⬅️ Perry

We're going to take full advantage of the weather this evening and move our scheduled indoor practice to our home ground the Aquafix Oval on Green Lane. All players welcome both new and old, regardless of experience level, come down and join the fun from 6pm - 8pm! #UpTheParish

Our 1s are at home this weekend against @bmcc_official & our 2s travel to @oldsharlstoncc. It's been a long winter, especially with the 3 weeks of postponements, but it finally looks like we're good to go! The bar will be open from 1pm, so why not come & join us? #uptheparish
