Labour warns the people to 'be ready' for an emergency when the government itself is not. It has no credibility on the matter. youtu.be/QjMry1I8Lf0?is=ZMdn… via @YouTube

Wow! There’s propaganda and then there’s this …
the government wants you to think they are coming down hard on wind farm profits LOL … ok here goes.
These wind farms already receive BILLIONS in subsidies, paid for by us, but that’s on top of what they earn selling electricity.
So the Government wants 55% tax on their Excess revenues! Except …er there aren’t any.
Wind farms can avoid the tax by signing up to guaranteed electricity prices, AND KEEP THEIR SUBSIDIES!
And if electricity prices fall, we still pay the difference. There are no profits only er … inflated cost covering!
Hahahaha … what an absolute fiddle!

🚨 ISLAMIC BLASPHEMY LAW BY THE BACK DOOR 🚨
Kellie-Jay Keen (@ThePosieParker) has been charged with a criminal offence over posts criticising Islam, Muslim cultural practices and Islamism.
The Free Speech Union is proud to be defending her.
In a free society, no religion or cultural practice should be immune from criticism.
Since Labour came to power, the number of FSU cases involving people penalised for criticising Islam has doubled. It is now the single biggest category in our casework.
And now, with a state-approved definition of Islamophobia — rebranded as “anti-Muslim hostility” — things are only getting worse.
On Tuesday, Prime Minister Andy Burnham and Communities Secretary Angela Rayner met Muslim community leaders in Downing Street. Burnham took a swipe at critics of Islam, saying “some of the language” opposition parties use “is unacceptable”, and told the leaders “we need to find ways with you to demonstrate that more and more”.
We now await Rayner’s appointment of an “Islamophobia tsar” who will help enforce the definition.
All five hand-picked members of the Working Group that drafted it have concerning links to Islamist organisations, as FSU Research and Policy Director @DavidRoseUK exposed in his report. We have little hope that the appointed tsar will be good news for free speech.
Meanwhile, the Government is refusing to say who submitted responses to the Working Group, so we cannot know which groups shaped the definition. Islamists may well have had a hand in its drafting.
Support the FSU’s campaign against an Islamic blasphemy law — and the people penalised under it 👇
I see the Telegraph continues the purge of all its best journalists.
Liam is someone who defies the economic groupthink that has driven this country into the ground.
I'm sure Planet Normal will surge with Allison and Liam gaining their independence! 🚀
I was hoping to be able to announce this in my own time – but the media rumour mill is swirling, I'm being contacted by various reporters and others, and I don't like denying the truth, so ...
I wrote my first "Economic Agenda" column in The Sunday Telegraph 27 years ago, under the editorship of Dominic Lawson – filling-in occasionally during the late-1990s, before being given my own weekly slot from 2003.
Since then, while I've been heavily involved in television, and am perhaps better known as a broadcaster, penning "Economic Agenda" for The Sunday Telegraph each week has been the backbone of my journalistic life.
On Thursday, the @Telegraph rang to tell me my column is being scrapped.
I was asked, and have agreed, to write "Economic Agenda" until the end of November, as per my contract. After that, my Sunday Telegraph column will be no more.
Why this decision has been made, and whether or not my columns were any good, is for others to judge.
All I will say is that, as the first person in my family to attend university, sustaining a weekly column in a leading national newspaper for a quarter of a century has been a source of enormous pride for myself and my family.
Lots of people have been asking me about the future of "Planet Normal" - the hugely-popular Telegraph podcast which I co-created and co-present with the brilliant @AllisonPearson
"Planet Normal" has, over the last 330 weekly episodes, also become a major part of my professional life and my broader identity.
With Allison reportedly leaving the Telegraph as well, there is a lot of speculation about whether or not the podcast will continue to impart "news and views from beyond the bubble" with our usual blend of sharp analysis, humour and occasional outrage !
Well, I am delighted to confirm that Co-Pilot Pearson and myself are deeply committed to our joint podcast – and, above all, to our beloved listeners.
We will, as and when notice periods allow, continue our voyages through space every Thursday – perhaps to "Planet Normal", or maybe to another part of the solar system – so we can "gaze down each week at the madness of Planet Earth", as we have done since the Spring of 2020.
So citizens of Planet Normal, stand ready ! The "rocket-of-right-thinking", the "flying refuge of reasoned views", will soon be launched once again 🚀🪐👨🏭👱♀️🎙️📺
I poured my heart and soul into "Economic Agenda" and "Planet Normal". The Telegraph's decision to scrap them is obviously a huge personal blow. But I will always be grateful for the opportunities the paper has given me.
Above all, I would like to thank the illustrious list of successive Telegraph business editors I've worked with since the late-1990s, many of whom have become and remain good friends - including @Peston @RobertsDan @larmitstead @neilbenet @benjaminmarlow @cg_williams @kamalahmednews @MarkKleinmanSky @jamesrquinn (sorry if I've forgotten anyone, it's been a long time!)
On Friday, even though I almost always write my column from elsewhere, and despite being extremely disappointed by the paper's decision, I decided to go into the Telegraph and write today's column sitting in the newsroom.
I am glad I did - as being at the heart of the paper at such a difficult time allowed for lots of conversations, with everyone from junior production staff to senior reporters and executives, which reminded me that journalism, despite being an industry at the whim of seemingly endless and often brutal commercial and technological upheaval, is not only hugely important to our country, but full of talented, decent people.
See picture below, having just filed my piece, as I was heading out the door ...

Once you understand the incentive, the reason for the behavior becomes obvious: they are importing a left-voting bloc that depends on government handouts.
A prominent example of this in America is Ilhan Omar and her Somali voting bloc in Minnesota, an area which used to be primarily Nordic-German.
Importing voters is a CERTAIN path to a single-party supermajority and has ALREADY happened at the state level in California and New York. It also explains why those states have BANNED VOTER ID in order to accelerate a permanent socialist supermajority, destroying any semblance of democracy.
We stand on the precipice of disaster, an end to America.

The political journey of the Lotus Eaters is pretty representative of the ‘average’ young right winger’s journey in Britain
They were doing ‘based Kemi’ videos a few years ago and now look at them
The ethnonationalists are on it first, then the ideas are adopted by the Lotus Eaters types with large YouTube audiences, and then soon enough it’s just the norm for most patriots under 35 with an internet connection
Sargon might come off contradictory or hypocritical at times, but they’re going in vaguely the right direction with no sign of stopping

In 1987, Patrick Stewart refused to unpack his suitcase for six straight weeks.
My throat still tightens every time I read why.
Every Hollywood insider told the 47-year-old British stage actor that Star Trek: The Next Generation would be a disaster. Even his closest friend, Ian McKellen, begged him not to throw away his Shakespearean career on a television gamble.
Stewart kept his bags packed by the door, waiting to be fired and sent home to London.
That "six-week failure" lasted 36 years.
Watching him late at night here in Japan, we saw something Hollywood never expected.
In Japan, we call this quiet, unbreakable spirit "Fudoshin," an immovable heart under fire.
Most action heroes scream and fire weapons to look strong.
Captain Picard never needed to raise his voice.
Born into deep poverty in Yorkshire, terrified of a violent home, he left school at age 15 and lost all his hair by 19, convinced his life as an actor was over before it began.
Yet one English teacher, Cecil Dormand, handed that frightened 12-year-old boy a copy of Shakespeare, said "Read it out loud," and secretly paid for his first drama course.
Never forget what happened decades later.
On the morning Queen Elizabeth II knighted him as Sir Patrick Stewart, he invited that same retired schoolteacher to sit beside him at his knighthood luncheon.
No suitcase left unpacked.
No rage on the bridge.
Just a cup of Earl Grey tea, a tug of his uniform, and three quiet words that commanded the galaxy:
"Make it so."
He passed away at 86 surrounded by live music, prayer, tears, and laughter.
And this December, in Avengers: Doomsday, Professor X will grace the screen one final time.
A boy who thought he wouldn't last six weeks in Hollywood gave the world an eternity of nobility.
From Japan, with tears and our deepest salute:
Thank you, Captain. Engage. ✨🖖🇯🇵

We ended the trans-atlantic slave trade.
They should be kissing our feet and thanking us.
Oh, and you should be exiled to your beloved Ghana.
Having just left Elmina Castle in Ghana, where enslaved Africans were imprisoned before being shipped across the Atlantic, I think Europeans should never tire of acknowledging the horrors of our shared history and asking forgiveness from our African friends.
Britain played its own shameful part in that history.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
Elmina Castle was built by the Portuguese in 1482, seized by the Dutch in 1637 and acquired by Britain only in 1872—after Britain abolished the slave trade in 1807. Africans captured in wars and raids supplied most enslaved people sold to Europeans at such coastal forts.

Tusk must go to prison.
As @Sargon_of_Akkad said the other day, the left sees us as both weak and evil.
We will never convince them we are not evil, so we must instead present strength, consequences, and accountability. It's the only way.

Breaks your heart. It really does.
Deporting all illegal immigrants is now the bare minimum.
We must go further.
Mass legal immigration must also be reversed. We must assess all migrants on their language skills, contributions, respect for British law and cultural assimilation.
But we must go further.
Why should that scrutiny stop once British citizenship has been granted? We must also perform a comprehensive review of previously granted British citizenships.
But we must go further.
We must also examine those born in Britain to foreign-born parents. We must deport second-generation immigrants convicted of the most serious crimes.
Millions must go. And quickly. We must put a stop to the demographic replacement of the native British people.
Only Restore Britain is confronting these issues.
If this video breaks your heart too, then join us and help take our country back.

Slavery was a great evil, practiced in almost every culture at some point in history.
Britain did more than any other country to bring the international slave trade to an end.
Our Prime Minister should be proud of that history, not caving to those who wish to rewrite it.

See for yourself how mass migration is destroying our home nations.
Remigration Now are proud to launch a new interactive map for our website, detailing the rate and effect of immigration into Britain.
The map is split into four layers: Immigration, Ethnicity, Births and Memoriam Names.
We will continue to update the map as new data is collected to ensure it is as accurate as it can be.
Share it with your friends and family, enter the postcodes of the places you know, and see for yourself just how much Britain has been destroyed by immigration.
We hope this map will give you a clear, comprehensive view of the radical changes that have happened to our homeland, and help illustrate why Remigration is needed NOW.
