Bheki Cele has just said that SA is experiencing a "crime holiday" because the country has been locked in our houses.
So obviously he is expecting the rampant crime to go back to the way it was before lockdown.

Based on gvt's own numbers the tobacco ban frees up at most, 16 ICU beds. Cost in direct loss to the fiscus at R38m per day now amounts to R5.1 billion or R318 million per bed. And this excludes company tax on profits lost and the impact on jobs. #VoetsekANC
