Salami cooked in onions and vinegar. With polenta. Then Gubana cake with Slivovitz plum grappa.
Again, no tomatoes or olives were harmed.

Boiled sausage made from who knows which bits of the porky animal, sauerkraut and polenta.
Tripe and donkey were also on the menu.
No tomatoes were harmed in the production of this food.

The vast majority of patients I have seen today - and we have seen a huge number, have had contact with at least 2 healthcare organisations today, before coming to hospital.
A variety of combinations of GP, neighbourhood hub, pharmacy, 111, ambulance.

45 years since the TGV was introduced in France. The UK canโt get it together to build one high speed line that wonโt even go very far or initially into central London. Iโm 62. I first took the TGV as a teenager. Hopefully Iโll live long enough to see proper high speed in the UK.
